Where do I go to request my birthday be included in my account so I can access mature content?

u have to get age verified look in ur dashboard and read from the menu till u see the option is pretty easy once u find it

Your age will be on your account from when you registered (you just can`t see it).

If you are over 18 your account should have access to mature content already, you can check your maturity rating in preferences. You just need to add payment info to your account to become Account Verified and that will get you access to Adult content.

if your 18 or over already you should be able to view mature and adult items it's only inworld you need to be age verified to visit age restricted & adult rated land and adult verified via a premium account or getting payment info on file to get on adult rated land when you open up the marketplace there should be a drop down box where you can choose just general, general & moderate, general & moderate & adult, just adult . if you put a date that when you signed up makes you under 18 it doesn't sound unreasonabe that you can't view mature/adult stuff

You need to be "age-verified", and once you are age verified, you need to set your browser preferences to allow adult content.
