For some time a guy harassing me and insult me in his profile and LL does nothing. Why?

Having reported on several occasions a person who insults me in the text of its profile and myself wherever I go, I wonder when LL will act.

I ignored ben sure this person. That said, the insults in their profile are always present.

I blocked that person. There is insults in his profile readable by everyone.

The sim owners do nothing because that user is no exception to their rules

First off Linden Lab employees do not read the Answer forum it is resident to resident help.

Secondly Linden Lab isn't your mummy. And, If you think about it, that is a good thing.

The way to handle griefing and such is 1. Don't interact with the person in any way. 2 Block them. https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Blocking/ta-p/700121

Luc, if LL doesn't take action, perhaps see where you and that other run into eachother. If it's really that bad you can ask the simowner to take action by talking to the other person, or use his estate tools to prevent encounters.

The best thing is simply ignore it, responding will only feed the griefer.

Excellent.  Now that you have blocked the person, ignore him and find something else to do with your time in SL.   And don't read his profile if it upsets you.
