  1. One thing that comes to mind is that doors often have to be made of a cut in half prim so that the opening and closing can be done as a rotation around the middle of the prim which is the hinge edge. If you dont use a cut in half prim the script may well make the door go haywire. Any script of this sort should come with some kind of user guide that describes how to construct the door to work with the script, often text atthe beginning of the script. Locking door scripts are as old as the hills.
  2. Try this: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/General-Discussion-Forum/Joystick-settings-for-xbox-360-controller/td-p/825397 also check this out which I use to remap the buttons: http://sourceforge.net/projects/xpadder/
  3. If you want a butt implant, which is a bit 2014 btw, but anyway, try searching in world instead of the MP.
  4. There is a menu option you could try. Devveloper/Avatar/Animation Speed. Alt + Ctrl + Q to display the developer menu if you don't see it.

  6. It come from the viewer. If you search for 'Avatar declouded after seconds' you get chunks of viewer code. But I couldn't work out what triggers it.
  7. I have never seen that, I would suggest that you try another viewer. If that works do a fresh install of Firestorm following the instructions here for a clean install: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clean_reinstall
  8. This won't answer all your questions but maybe some tips for you: http://www.atob.ws/CTLSimLag.aspx
  9. The script in AOs sometimes get jammed or stop working, normally if you take it off and then wear it again it will start up ok. When you 'ware' an AO i.e. you put it back on from your inventory, you have to be in a location where running scripts is allowed, if not the AO won't start. So try going to another area and take it off and put it back on again.
  10. In Firestorm you click on yourself and select groups. Then select a group and view info. Then deselect Receive group notices and Receive group instant messages. In the official SL viewer you don't have the option to turn off group IM (which is reason in itself to move to firestorm) so you just have to leave the group if it is spammy.
