Most probably weekly restarts. Try again later or try logging into a different region.

When you have problems logging in, the very first thing you should check is the grid status. If there's nothing there, then it's time to check other things, but the grid status page should tell you if it's on their end or not.

Unable to connect to simulator means you're trying to login in a Offline Sim. So you can try later to login or simply login in a different sim.
