Hi I have lost my MAGIC BOx full of my store items in SL. my things were returned from a sim wher i had items dropped

I didnt get the home back either BUT magic box hold my entire  SL store. please  advise me directly.

Surely you have all of the items in your own inventory....  Within a very short time, you are going to need to upload them from inventory to Marketplace with your Merchant Inbox for Direct Delivery because the Magic Box is going to stop working anyway.  If I were you, I'd take this minor disaster as a sign to move over to Direct Delivery now and beat the deadline.  See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Marketplace-Direct-Delivery-migration-guide/ta-p/1293139

now might be the ideal time to migrate to Direct Delivery as long as you use a viewer with a merchant outbox just put all the items presently in your store in to the outbox click send to marketplace as long as the products in the merchant outbox have the same name as the associated item name in your listings it will automatically convert to DD

Honey, I just looked at your store - since virtually all your product listings are limited quantity breedables, that means you will not be able to transition to Direct Delivery yet (DD does not support limited quantity items at this time). So, the Magic Box is the only way to deliver the type of items you sell.  If you have other items that are not limited quantity, you can use Direct Delivery.

Did you check your Lost and Found for a coalesced object (looks like a broken box icon)?  Usually, if a lot of items are returned at the same time, they wind up coalesced, so while they are there, they are unrecognizable to you.  The best way to identify them is to go to a quiet sandbox (or sim where you can rez items), make sure that you are in edit when you pull the coalesced object out of your file to rez it.  Very often the various pieces will be all over the place (above you, below you and possibly below the ground).  If you are in edit, you will be able to make sure that you can raise or lower the entire group.  Only then, start to pick up the individual objects. I hope that your Magic Box is in there and you will be able to retrieve it. Best of luck!

If your objects were returned en masse, some or all of them may be lumped into a "coalesced object".  This has the inventory symbol of a stack of little yellow cubes.  It may have the name of any object in the cluster (statistically, the most likely name is "object').  Go to a place where you can rez, and have plenty of room.  Drag the object from your inventory.  Then take the rezzed objects back into your inventory one at a time.
