Looks like it might be CatWa. I'm not inworld right now, but you can do a search for it. They do have some awesome hair.

Do this:

1. Buy that outfit;

2. Write a notecard to the merchant (nice, polite one, don't forget to include your full SL name n the signature) saying that you've bought her outfit (name) and would like to have the whole look, and can she just send you the name of the hair she used? 

3. Wait for the replay;)
