I am starting to try to work with mesh, and had certified myself for Agni, but when I try to certify for Aditi, following the link ( http://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/mesh.php ), I receive an error while trying to login:

“An error has occurred. Further information is available in the server log.”

That occurs for 1 week already. Is there something wrong with Aditi’s server? Or can I make something different to certify to upload mesh to aditi?

(I’ve already changed my password, waited a few days, everything else is fine to me in Aditi. Tried different browsers and different computer)

I'm having the same issue, have not found a way to resolve this... tried to submit a ticket but you need to pay them a premium membership to get any help it appears. I can' t justify a membership fee for a tiny plot of unwanted space in a cluster of other empty houses.

Has anyone found a way around this issue?

I go here secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/mesh.php

then get told- “An error has occurred. Further information is available in the server log.”

Thanks guys in advance.

Tried link: https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/ip/index.php Goes top blank page.

Tried link: https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/index.php?lang=en-US also goes to blank page.

I put payment info on, and took test on regular SL. I read we need to do it again for use on beta grid. I would like to do that. Anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong or what I need to do to get be able to upload mesh on beta grid?  Any thoughts or guidance greatly appreciated!

My only advice would be to log into Aditi if you can and try and upload a mesh file. From there you "may" get a link on the uploader along with a message saying you need to take the test. I note that this thread (and others) has been going on for many months. I got certified on Aditi at the beginning of November by doing the steps mentioned above. So it may still work for you.

And BTW live chat doesn't help with Aditi grid stuff. They might pass along a message if they are in a good mood, but generally that isn't what they are there for. :D.

thx for the link Xandria.
thats the link the client is supposed to link you to.

As it seems in some cases it reroutes you to an invalid php page which makes it impossible to reach this IP tutorial and verify for mesh upload.

Tried it even with opening from aditi / my account / mesh upload status from within a regular browser, even that lead to the wrong and dead link  - in those cases you obviously have to go manually directly to this link.

much appreciated, thx for sharing.

Aditi is broken, litterally no links from ANYWHERE leads anywhere but "https://id.aditi.lindenlab.com/openid/openidserver" with messages like "id.secondlife.com" or "An error has occurred. Further information is available in the server log.". The only working link is useless "https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/"

I'm getting frustrated beyond tollerable :P All roads lead to the error message.

<== So I made my own "solve", doing the following ==>

  1. Login to Aditi / Preview Realm / Second Life Beta - server with your SL client. (I used Firestorm)
  2. Activate in world browser. (Firestorm "You can also open this window manually: Develop → UI → Web Content Browser (Ctrl-Alt-Q to enable to Develop menu, if you do not have it enabled already).")
  3. Go to "https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/ip/tutorial.php" on the inworld browser.
  4. Login
  5. Hurray <3
