This is a resident-to-resident Answers site.  We are all SL residents like you, and we have no special powers to do anything with your account.  Lindens never come here, so they will not see your note or respond to it.

Ignore them as much as you possibly can. Even writing about your plight on these forums is possibly feeding them attention. Attention is all they are seeking.
