A Premium account does allow you to buy 512sqm of land without paying any cost other than your Premium membership fee ($9.95 per month, or you can sign up by quarter or by year for more upfront, but less in the long run). Note I say buy - you still have to buy the land itself, a one-time fee, but you don't get charged anything extra to own it. The Linden home is optional; you can choose not to have one and to instead have the free 512sqm. It's an either-or thing. With a Premium account, you can buy MORE than 512sqm of land, and be charged according to this chart. Note that if you don't have a Linden home, that first 512sqm is free; so in actuality you'd pay $5 extra per month for the ability to have 1024sqm total of land, $8 for 1536sqm total, etc.

You can get land without a Premium membership, though. Find a private estate that will lease you land - there are tons out there to choose from. Generally you buy the land for one upfront cost (a "set-up" fee that allows you to change land permissions, etc.), then pay per week or per month to the people you're renting from. Often you can get more prims for less money this way, but you don't get the Premium benefits, and you do run the (minor, depending on your landlord) risk of the land owner packing up and leaving SL - which means you would lose your land and possibly any extra tier you've already paid. However, I have many friends who have been in SL a long time and have rented from private estates and none of them have had this experience, so like I said, it's a fairly minor risk.

If you want to be able to use your house, you need to know 1) how big it is, and 2) how many prims it is. You'll need land AT LEAST as big as the house, with enough prims to hold it. The link you posted in your "Answers" thread says the house is 4000sqm, and 361 prims. So you'd need at least that much. (More prims for furniture, etc., and more land if you want a yard.) If you choose to upgrade your account to Premium, you'll need at least 1/16 of a region, which gives you 4,096sqm and 937 prims for $25 USD a month, PLUS the $9.95 per month Premium fee. You may or may not be able to find something cheaper to rent from a private estate.

Hello again hellcheat. From http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Accounts-overview/ta-p/700019

A premium account requires a  monthly fee.

With a premium membership you can:

For more information, see Premium membership.

Here you see the benefits of a Premium Membership. If you consider that it is worth to upgrade, go ahead. In this case, you will need bigger land for your new house house (monthy fee required), except of you decide to live in the Linden Home. Alternatively as others (and me in your previous thead) mentioned find a parcel in a Private Estate, to rezz your house.

You receive the L$300/week every Tuesday, and you get the L$1,000 bonus after your have been a Premium member for at least 45 consecutive days. Linden Home parcels work just like any other parcel of land; who can rez objects on your land depends on the About Land settings. See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Managing-land/ta-p/700113 for more information.
