Attention kitchen collectors: The Flatiron kitchen by Newchurch is on sale today for $238. (You can see a demo here, but will wind up paying the regular price, $475, if you buy it from the store rather than the small shop in Cosmopolitan.) All the pieces shown here total 13 LI. (Top cabinets are linked with bottom units.) The sink, countertop and stove/oven have PG solo animations. It's a bit dark for my taste, and I wish the wood grain were more visible, but I might buy it anyway... UPDATE: For some reason, Newchurch chose to display these units with a dark gray tint. Tsk. This is what they look like when the wood texture is set to no tint/white. SECOND UPDATE: There's a version included without the backsplash, but it's easy to make it invisible. Better yet, if you're going to place this in front of a window, it's very easy to unlink the top cabinets. Only problem: I'm not getting any rezzed objects for the animations. Don't have the time to investigate now...

Imegica is a store that's new to me. They're selling this 10 LI bathroom sink set for $50 today. It's a bit too large for me (height 66, 1.97m) and as I haven't bought it I don't know if it can be resized down a bit. M and F PG animations.

There are two items of decor on sale today for $25 each that I like and have used in my own homes. First, if you're looking to add to an artist-in-residence vibe, Artisan Fantasy's 2 LI Paint Brush Wall Art is something a bit different. And Muniick is selling this 3 LI (working) clock and 1 LI book decor as a set. The clock is particularly good if you want to use it atop a fireplace with a shallow mantel. There's also a $25 silver tea set - the tray and everything on it is 4 LI, and the single cup and saucer is 1 LI.

If you're looking for some garden furniture, head over to Circa before 11:59pm SLT today (Secret Sale). The chair is 3 LI PG, with pretty cushion patterns, $50. (A matching bench is 4 LI, $375.) The on-sale bench is 4/7 LI, (i.e. with or without the irises and pansies), PG single/couple, $99.

This 1 LI cabinet-of-many-colors (but no wood tones, alas) is on sale at Fetch for $75.

If you'd like to add some ferns to your garden, these are on sale at Ariskea. Four shapes, 1 LI each (but you may be able to link two and save 1 LI). Three colors (dark green, green, light green), but my rather acute color perception doesn't notice much difference from one to the next. $99.

4 LI is a bit much, but I still think this lantern might especially suit a Fantasy home. $60 per color (black/silver/gold/copper <- shown) or $149 for all 4. At You Need.

Two very nice sets are on sale at What Next: the wicker sideboard with all decor is $50. Sideboard 2 LI, working lamp with color-change shade 2 LI, wall flowers 1 LI for the 2 linked, plant with color-change pot 1 LI, leaning picture frame with options for frame color and image 1 LI. The Boho hanging lanterns are only 1 LI each (with many color options), and non-working but look OK at night. $50 for both designs.

These bud vase sets at Vespertine don't have very good LODs as stated, but they might suit a smaller room in your house. $50 each, the one with greenery is 4 LI and the one with flowers is 2 LI.

If you've been feeling the need for a teddy-bear-shaped chair in your home, hurry over to Dust Bunny to pick up the 4 LI PG-only seating in pink or brown for $50.

Something for more rustic homes - this 2 LI animated wash tub is $25 from Shiprock.

Landscaping, especially in the Sakura regions! Soundscaping (except for the poor, neglected Trad regions)! The general lack of ugly junk littering the view, the general lack of griefers. (Encountered my first naked-with-erection avatar outside my Newbrooke a couple of days ago, and it was a shock because it's been literally years since that last happened to me.)

Now *that* would be great, even for those of us not intending to go Premium Plus!

Yes, those Kazza plants are really nice - I've used them in the Newbrooke I'm decorating. I didn't mention them last weekend because SL forums weren't cooperating the two times I tried, and forgot to get back to them
