Non-animated cats from Hideki are on sale at The Outlet. Most are 1 LI, there's one 2 LI and 3 or 4 are 3 LI. $70 each. Accessories at the bottom $65 each. Fatpack $550. LODs vary, but some are quite good from a distance.

Did you know that there's a (very) small cabin hidden away in Chippewa Junction, where the community center for the trad regions is located...? (Perhaps it had been a prototype for a log home - now *that* would be too small...)

Just a thought, @Quartz Mole: does shaving off the LI used throughout regions mean there's a chance of a sound environment being added to the trad regions at some time in the future?

Yeah, I'd thought that might be a bummer for creators/sellers, especially as there aren't across-the-board reductions. Commiserations.

In terms of the items benefitting from this change, I've looked at a spreadsheet I'd compiled for my recently-abandoned Vic and only found two 'larger' LI items that 'lost' 1 LI each - Apple Fall's Clifton cast iron fireplace and also their Oxford wingback chair. Items I'd linked together - like two bookcases with books and a framed photo - were unchanged, except for a grouping of shrubs and roses that I'd linked for the front of the house - they went from 15 LI to 12! I also checked lots of plant arrangements from Tm Creations as I've frequently listed their details on the furnishings thread, and they all seem to have 'lost' 1 LI. It's definitely worth experimenting with linking previously unlinked items - in these two cases there was no previous benefit, but I've just saved 1 LI by linking the bell garland with the plant on the mantelpiece, and 2 LI by linking the dog and dog bed. Unfortunately, other small items like the basket, fireplace tools and mannequin are all no copy, or there'd be more savings in this room. (I've also added a 2 LI item to one wall and a 1 LI item to another, but was only 'charged' 1 LI from my 351 allotment!)

The announcement says animesh (along with sculpties) not affected by this change. "Q. What types of items are NOT affected by the update? Animesh, primitives, and sculpties are not affected. The update will only affect static mesh objects that are rezzed onto your land."

I hadn't seen this announcement, so thank you, @Matthieu Quander! Just checked my Belli homes and 20/21 LI gained in each!

I'm still procrastinating, so here's a pretty shot of work-in-progress in SSPTern Style.

Still haven't seen any boats from my Stilt in Starboard Lights, but there's work-in-progress on the shoreline across the way in Hatteras, and a bit of a mole convention going on in Calimari to the north. (Hello, moles! Any chance of a Moray eel? )

Here are some items on sale in the current round of Collabor88 (closes April 6th). From Floorplan, these wall mirror sets are on sale for $88 per frame color, $188 for all 3 sets. The larger mirror is 2 LI, others 1 LI. From Nylon Outfitters: each of the 3 groupings shown is $188. If you *really* love your coffee, take a look at this barista set from Fancy Decor - not cheap at $388 per color, but everything is linked for only 1 LI. These 2 LI floorlamps from Consignment & Floorplan are $88 each. The demo models don't actually illuminate anything, though you can change the very slight built-in glow to amber/cream/white.

Here's something that you beach-dwellers might want to check out. I haven't seen this in-world, but assume each section is 1 LI. Available in the MP only from @home, $75.

You can find this 12 LI entry bench (drawers and cupboard doors open, but no sit animations) at Amelia's Coastal Treasures for $75 ($68 if you're wearing a group tag). If you deconstruct it and want to use bits and pieces elsewhere, the hanging jacket, towel and cap are 1 LI each, and the bag with all its contents is 3 LI. Each star hook is 1 LI. There are no baked-in shadows on the furniture.

They shouldn't still be on sale, but the full pack (6 colors) of this 1 LI sideboard is still $125 at ChiMia. The plant in a paint can is also only 1 LI, $45. And the console set - with table, 3 dishes and framed map linked for 3 LI, is $75. (No baked on shadows.)

Here's a sale item that I think is really worth looking at - the Eden ruins from Naughty Bits. Right off the bat I'll say that I haven't even looked at the animations as I bought this (for $75) in order to cannibalize it. Out of the box, it's 60 LI. When unlinked, you'll find a 13 LI tree that can be re-sized down to 7 LI, several very pretty 1 LI patches of wild flowers by T-Spot, a pair of 1 LI animated sparrows and several very nice 1 LI shrubs by Reid Parkin, along with several 1 LI pieces of climbing and trailing ivy. (I deleted all the stonework.) Other than the tree, the only item that is more than 1 LI is the climber with white flowers, but that can be re-sized down to 3 LI and still be large enough to retain its detail.

Looking to spend some genteel summer afternoons? Puddles is selling this croquet set for $50. The rack with mallets, balls and wickets is 4 LI, stakes and additional wickets are 1 LI each.

Nutmeg is ready for warmer weather. Each of the 3 parts of the set is $60 (table includes all the decor shown as separate items). Full set priced at $180, so no further discount.

This console table at LouChara is a whopping 16 LI with the linked cloth/candelabra/tulip vase, but I think it would be a good 'statement piece' for a Fantasy home... $99. The chair is 6 LI, PG, $99.

This 7 LI PG sofa is on sale at North Oak for $50. The 2 LI vase is also $50.

One item I recommend from today's Lazy Sunday (MP only) sales is this set of wall panels from Elm, $75. I think these would work especially well in the Mediterraneans. Note that you can resize and re-proportion them and they remain at 1 LI - which would be great for adding a bespoke alcove wall mural! There's also a 3 LI corner circle with shelf, which does shrink down to 2 LI when you re-size it..

If what your home is lacking is a bit of neon (the slight glow is permanent, no on/off script), and the sentiment suits, you can pick up this 2 LI sign at Fetch for $75.

This 5 LI PG chair is on sale at Consignment for $50.
