  1. The Jora couch set - $75 at Bloom! - has been on sale previously, so check your inventory! The couch is 12 LI and the coffee table with linked decor is 8 LI. Also on sale are these two wall decor items - the painted boards are 1 LI $99 and the tapestry is 9 LI $99.
  2. Meanwhile, next door at Petite Mort there is something for kitchen collectors to consider. I think these units are beautiful... BUT they are high LI and don't contain any animations. The sink counter unit shown in the first photo is 13 LI, $99 per color. Fridge, decorative shelf set and stove are $60 each; wall cabinets (single and double), floor cabinets/counters $99 per color. Fatpack for each color $477. (Despite what's shown in one of the display photos, it doesn't sound as if a corner unit is included, and the 'fine print' says something about parts being unlinkable. Hmmm...) Turn around and you'll see the dining set - the 10 LI armoire (which is part of the kitchen fatback) $66; the table, chairs and place setting $66.
  3. If witchery and potions are your style, check out the Witches Kitchen collection at Oubliette. Separate items/groups of items are priced at $55 or $99 - too much to list individually here. Also on sale: the high-back chair is 6 LI $66; table with lace cloth 2 LI and tea set 5 LI together for $66; round rugs 2 LI $66; 3 framed moon prints 1 LI each, $66 for the set. Oh, and the very handsome Agatha Sitting Room collection is on sale again outside the store. Each item (or linked items as shown) is $77. The lamp is 8 LI (and has a lighting script), the velvet sofa is 13 LI, the crow on the book stack is 2 LI, the linked picture collection is 3 LI; the two tables are 2/3 LI, the rugs are 2 LI, and the urn with large palm is also 2 LI. (Even though Gothic/dark isn't my style, I've bought several of these items in previous sales just because I think they're beautifully done.)
  4. Two items are on sale at Consignment: the egg chair is 7 LI $50 and the floor lamp (demo is non-working) is 4 LI $50.
  5. Tired of winter? Trompe has this sun lounger on sale for Super Fans - $50.
  6. Having recently converted a number of system avatars to Senra Jamie, here are the steps that work for me (using the Firestorm viewer). 1) Find the folder called Senra in your Inventory, right click, Copy and then paste it into your Clothing folder. (Because the folder you'll see is an updated version and not the Senra folder that was originally included in the Inventory, and because there *may* be another update in the future, I recommend changing the name in your Clothing folder to SENRA V.1; it's not possible to change the Inventory sub-folder's name). 2) Take off all of your system avatar's clothing and hair, retaining a system skin, shape, system eyes and brow shape. Click on Appearance > Wearing > Save As and add a name - I suggest PRE-SENRA NAKED. 3) In Clothing > SENRA V.1 > Jamie > Body ADD the Body, the Head and the Eyebrow Shape 4) Expand the Eyes folder and choose a color (note all of this can be changed afterwards) 5 Expand the Shapes folder and choose a shape (this can also be changed later, and any of the shapes chosen can be further adjusted) 6) If the skin you started off wearing looks OK, leave it for now; if not, expand the Skins folder for Jamie and choose one 7) Expand the Nails folder and ADD the box icon for Nails, then ADD one of the six nails tattoos 8 ) Click on Appearance > Wearing > Save As and add a name - I suggest BASIC SENRA NAKED. 9) Right-click your avatar > Appearance > Edit shape; use the sliders as you would with a system avatar to customize your shape - but keep in mind that the sliders are *not* as responsive with Senra as they are with system avatars, particularly with regard to Jamie's mouth and lower face shape. While you're getting a feel for what's possible, you may find yourself wanting to make several tweaks (I've saved at least a half dozen versions for each avatar until I was happy), so I suggest saving each body version with a name and/or date. DO NOT CLICK THE SAVE BUTTON, CLICK SAVE AS at the bottom, and then amend the name, otherwise the name used will be the same as your previously-named version with (new) added at the end. 10) Add hair and clothing - stick with clothing from the Senra Jamie folder to start with and let us see how you get on! I also recommend taking a look at the Senra thread: Avatars > How does your Senra look?, particularly from page 13, December 2023 onwards, as that's when the revised version of Senra was released.
  7. At Bricolage: the 13 LI Rosamund bed is on sale for $75, PG or A. Several texture options for all parts of the the bed; the 1 LI rug is $75. The table, lamp and set of 3 framed images are $75 each.

  10. At Petite Mort: the 14 LI Sylvan Daybed is PG-only $99 and the other bits are $50 each. The Solano Chaise is also PG-only 14 LI and $99. The rattan chair 3 LI and rattan ottoman 3 LI are $60; the console table (6 LI), lamp (2 LI) and book decor (3 LI) are $60 all together, plants $60, rug set $60. Very pretty but overall high on LI Nextdoor at Oubliette you can find these darker items. The 4 LI standing candelabra is $66, and the 15 LI Chesterfield sofa is also only $66. The black rattan chair is 6 LI $99; the snake plants are 3/4 LI, $55. Oops! Missed some - back at Petite Mort, the 9 LI PG Juno rattan sofa is $77, the 5 LI chair and 3 LI table are bundled together for $77, the bookcase sans decor is 5 LI $77, and the other items are $77 per grouping as shown on the display boards.
  11. This 7 LI fountain/bench is on sale at Sass. Note that the sound is nice enough, but the water on the demo model is hardly visible (unless viewed against a dark background) - perhaps the transparency can be adjusted. Five solo PG sit animations (4 F, 1 M).
  12. Sale items at Llorisen: desk 5 LI $75, lamp 3 LI $50, frame group 1 LI $50.
  13. HEXtraordinary's Carnivorous Collection is on sale for $50, including pitcher plant under glass cloche 1 LI, plant stand 1 LI, pair of framed botanical prints 1 LI each (but look like they'll remain at 1 LI if you link them).
  14. If you're looking for some V-Day-related decor, Artisan Fantasy is selling these two items for $25 each. The thread wreath is 2 LI and the platter with coffee and jelly cookies is 1 LI.

  17. This large cupid fountain is only 4 LI and $75 at THS: The Home Store. (Be sure to buy it in the sales area to get the sale price.)
  18. This 7 LI patch of daisies and boulders is on sale for $75 at Tm:Creation.
  19. Two sets of vases (each vase 1 LI, but all 6 as shown linked for 3 LI) for $50 per set at Lore.
  20. This hand-painted bench from Pitaya is a favorite of mine - it's only 3 LI, PG, $60 per color. Also on sale is this pretty 6 LI hand-painted sink - but note that it has *no* animations. $60 per color. If you're a Tarot card fan, take a look at these sets, $75 each. (1/2/2 LI)
  21. At Nutmeg - the Meditation Corner costs $60 per piece, no discount on the fatpack at $180... And there's a new gift for REKA Updates members (5 LI).
  22. I don't mention LouChara frequently because their pieces are generally quite high in the LI department... but with that proviso, here are this weekend's sale items: the fireplace in the first photo, with all linked decor as shown, is 19 LI $60; the chair is 4 LI PG $90. The fireplace in the second photo is 12 LI with all linked decor, $66. (Note: There is no indication that either fireplace has an on/off script for the flame, and the volume of the crackling fire is very low. Also, the 3 LI HOME sign is not included in the sale, unless it's bundled with the sofa.) Sofa 11 LI PG $75; large armchair 8 LI PG $77; trunk table with lamp 8 LI $60 (non-working demo). Arbor 14 LI PG sits 2 $99. The Kali living room set costs $400 - individually priced, the pieces total $860. The sofa is 14 LI PG, $299 on its own and the 2 LI rug is $99. The pictures wouldn't look out of place in a Sakura. The Sea Breeze bench set is only $50 - PG bench, netting and lights are 19 LI (bench doesn't rock) and the oars and neon sign are a further 5 LI.
  23. Still keeping my fingers crossed for one or two single-storey models in this theme; would love the combination of a Doyle-like footprint in the Logland setting. (My former log home on a lake that was one of the most-chased locations upon release has been empty for the best part of a year... I'd snap it up with a one-month Premium Plus upgrade given the option for a slightly smaller house.)
  24. I saw this mentioned somewhere in the forum, but there wasn't a picture or link, so... spotted at BlueMoon Enterprise's store at the Shop & Hop. Senra Jamie and LaraX; I haven't tried it. Frigga got bounced out of the Shop & Hop, so I went back to BMe with an alt - the top is cuter than it appears in the poster, being asymmetric. It fits well over all of Jamie's skirts and pants; the denim skirt only works with Jamie's halter top, though.
