    There's the London City Community Gateway. A developed sim/s with a central park. Shops and residential properties. Always busy aswell. Then there's Chamonix City. Not sure what it's like there but looks interesting on the map. And there's the Chilbo Community. Unsure if that's still going.

    Go into Account Summary. It should tell you your next bill date and the amount you will be charged. But as long as you don't go over the 1024sqm premium land allowance you shouldn't be charged anything. Other than the 11 USD monthly membership
