I am one of those people who enjoys buying property on mainland and putting it straight up for sale for a few hundred more L$ as long as I am making a couple of hundred profit I'm happy. But thing is with tier prices it's really hard to make profit these days

As soon as I've got something together I'll send your way. However as you can imagine I'm rather busy. Venturing into a few different avenues in SL. Trying lots of new things and seeing if theres a way I can connect RL and SL

Can you check your prices as I read 750L then logged In to go visit and potentially buy your land. Its priced as 7000L Not 750L.

53.000L$ Auction listing for a Bay City parcel 512sqm. How can someone afford to buy that. Why would they want to pay that on such a small piece of land. That's over 200 USD

Today I noticed an auction listing for a 512sqm plot in Bay City. It was up for 42.000L and ends today. I assume a land baron will buy it but how do these land owners afford it. Seems like they have unlimited L$s and an unlimited tier level. How can people afford to do this multiple property ownership.

Go visit Bay City and some of the older SL sims. Some really nice places out there. I've took up a bit of exploring and finding all the quirky little places.

18.000 likes on Facebook which is the main platform I use. Website is currently updating getting it ready for the new season.

Yeah I saw that parcel listing in Bay City. Up for 42.000L and it's only a 512sqm. It's silly 200 USD. who pays this sort of money.
