  2. Sorry it doesn't say choose any two, it says all THREE conditions should be met. Of course, you can choose in interpret it as you wish
  3. Abner Mole says you don't need to be on an adult sim to do adult things, HOWEVER you MUST do the adult things in private, you MUST do the 3 things stated in the wiki. I'm not sure how much clearer that can be. Do it, or don't do it, its all up to you.

  6. I doubt LL actually cares much about what goes on in private estates (except ***** of course) , they leave that up to the estate owner, but where LL is actually in charge, they care very much.
  7. Well Belli is its own special place, with its own special rules, but on real mainland, it IS true.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in another thread recently, but if you have anything on your property with adult animations, there are 3 conditions that must be met, 1) the item must be behind a barrier (closed door, windows with shades dawn, etc) 2) you must have it set so people outside the property cannot see what you are doing by camming in, and 3) the property access must be set to a group that is invite only. If you look at about land, it tells you, setting "group access only" will create ban lines. So lets not blame individuals for following the rules, blame LL for making the rule. 😁
  9. au contraire, if the parcel is set so anyone can build, I have graffitied a few places. I figure it adds to the immersion of the property owner, oh and yes stains too πŸ˜‚
  10. cam sit is the easiest way to get around in places that have a designated landing spot. I go to a club but the landing spot is 50 m from the dance floor? Cam a guest, look for a nearby chair, and sit on it. Much better than walking πŸ˜‚
  11. I always have ban lines turned off, but on the other hand, i always have property lines turned on. People constantly whine about ban lines, but in fact one is required to have ban lines turned in if one plans to engage in any adult activities if their property is on a moderate sim. I would think, if people followed the rules, 90% of mainland property would have ban lines turned on.
  12. thats why you never rent. Instead buy mainland, LL is your β€œlandlord”. If LL goes under, you’ll have more to worry about than lost rent.
  13. Its free tier if you arent using the square meters and have no way to use it. I have 48 sq meters im not using and cant use, so i use it to flip microparcels.
  14. 4) Why auctions suck In my opinion, auctions are a waste of time. If you find a parcel you like, cross your fingers and hope LL will sell it to you direct. If a parcel is at all desirable and LL puts it up for auction, flippers will buy it. All auctions do is help flippers find and buy the best parcels.
  15. Very pretty, but what exactly does unreal engine do? I never saw a link that said join today and play. Is there even a world or is it just a creator platform? I'm not interested in creating a world. I just want to log into one.
  16. There are plenty of cheep mainland parcels around, or you can pick a nice spot and have LL carve it out for you for $1 L per sq m 😁

  18. Its a shame people don't use rlv for their outfits. Its so much simpler than having to change every single outfit when you upgrade to something new. Anyone interested in rlv folders for outfits, im me inworld, i'll help you set them up 😁
  19. You have the allowance the moment you go premium. You can have a LL home on Belli, one of the old 512's, a parcel on mainland, or a combination, but only one LL home. How does LL know? LL knows all. It knows the second you claim a parcel how much land you own, and how much more you can claim for your free allowance. Happy house hunting 😁

  22. there are almost wholy abandoned sims on mainland, find a giant abandoned parcel, walk out to the middle and have LL cut you off a piece the size you want. You won’t have any neighbors. I recommend one of those rock textured sims, apparently everyone hates then. Rezz a prim, stretch it out to the limits of your land, hollow it out, stretch it so it hits the ground on all points, add a nice brick or stone block wall texture, then rezz another prim, stretch it to reach the first and slightly lower, then add the ground texture of your choice, and, Volia you have a nice flat parcel that you can build your home on, free from annoying neighbors. If you chose the land that is the highest point, you can have a mansion on the hill, with a view 😁
  23. It happens all the time, do an inworld search, find a club you think you might like, check it out on the map, see a dozen avis so you tp in. No one in the club, check radar, everyone is at 3000 m up in the sky, you double click on a name on the list to cam them, they are all standing on an empty platform. All traffic stats generators, nothing more, so you tp out, never to return. those avatars do nothing to bring people to the club, on the contrary they drive people away.
  24. they explained they have free tier, they can afford to sit on nonselling parcels, because it doesnt cost anything to own them. there was a 1024 beside my land that was listed and sold for $30,000 L. Sure it was protected on 3 sides, but i would never pay that much. Its currently being rented out for $300 L per week, so in two years they will break even. Im hoping they eventually leave SL and I’ll put in a ticket for it. It happened once before 😁
