  1. Anybody else seeing this? My marketplace orders have been recording correctly on the SL transactions history on the website - up until about 15 minutes ago. Suddenly, they are appearing like this: Source: Marketplace Linden MKT Transfer Rather than like this: Source: Marketplace Linden MKT2 Item Sale Description: Order #xyz, Item #xyx (customer name) The info is all there in the Marketplace transactions history and the email that comes through, but the transactions history is suddenly borked. Maybe it is an isolated instance, not sure. Thought I would ask if anyone else has seen this...
  2. Thanks for the update Brooke. Just a quick comment/reminder on the "Dash Deal" - before it gets implemented, the issue of shopping carts not being cleared needs to be addressed. I had one lonely free item offered last October for one month only. It was deactivated and no longer visible on the marketplace since November 1st. However, I've still got shoppers who put it in their cart during the promo period but never actually "ordered" it/completed the transaction at that time - even now, if they still have it in the shopping cart, it will deliver to them. For an item that is a regular priced item, marked down to whatever level of discount, if the promotion ends, it needs to be cleared out of all carts. Otherwise, people will be able to get it at the reduced price long after the promo is done.

  4. Hi there. I'd like to offer my experience with this issue because I too have experienced it. I'm not positive about the cause or the fix, but here's what happened with me and how it was solved in my individual case. I use multiple viewers depending on my needs - meaning I have been using the official LL 1.23 viewer and then a couple of the TPV for building (specifically "P" and "I" - lol, not sure if I can actually mention them here). In addition, I have my main avi and an alt that I use when I need quiet time (a lot of merchants do this, right?). Anyway, long story short, when my offliners stop coming thru it usually means that I need to go back to both avi's and all the viewers I use and make sure that the offline messaging is set to send to my email. I had a 3 day hiatus from Magic box messages recently until I discovered an inconsistency in my two accounts and my viewer settings. As soon as I rechecked my preferences and made sure they were all consistent, the messages started to come in again. Perhaps this will help. If not, then it's a bug and it was just coincidence that mine turned back on after I fiddled.
  5. Thanks for the update. On the subject of emails, I for one have NOT opted out of anything and still have NOT received the email regarding this maturity change. So, it's not just those who have opted out...it seems to be random as to who receives or doesn't receive emails.
  6. Hi Brooke, well, whatever email went out announcing this, I never got it. In any folder. And I do get my emails from the Marketplace and Lindex, etc. However well intentioned this change is, it is a mess. I've redone my listings countless times trying to keep up with the changes that are being made to this Marketplace, and just when it seems to have settled down somewhat, there's yet another one to contend with. This one was poorly thought through and poorly executed and now is going to lead to another round of JIRAs when the first couple of hundred of them haven't been addressed. The sooner this change is undone the better because it is costing the Merchants valuable time and sales. And when a Merchant loses sales so does LL.
