If really you are asking about Magic Boxes, drag the item from you Inventory to the Magic Box and drop it. There is no information in the Knowledge Base or in the register form about maximun lenght of the password. In any case, sometimes it's not necessary a very long password: you can mix letters and numbers and ... ETA: My fault, Rolig is correct, see the image:
