whatsss this? why cant i place my order ?

my mic isnt working even on lands where its allowed to use mic as well as i cant hear people using the mic P.S my mic is enabled from the settings ( the voice chat box thingyy is checked) have tried loging in from a different user, faced the same problem

i cant use my mic its grey in colour even in allowed places, as well as i cant hear people who's speaking with mic
