    How do I find out what tiny bit of my house must be over the property line?

    I believe Ctrl + Alt + Shift + P enables property lines and shows what's inside yours and others parcels i have them on all the time helped me to see my neighbour was encroaching my parcel just a little bit i returned their objects the first time, suggested they enable the property lines so there wasn't any further encroachment but the re--rezzed stuff has a tiny area of encroachment much less than before. If the item is 'invisible' Ctrl + Alt + T will highlight all transparent items if you use it with property lines you'll see if anything transparent is encroaching

    I think 3 would be best it's got great brows highlights and shading in all the right places,
    2 the skin is too flat on the face and body,
    1 i like the skin tone even if it looks like slightly too much loose setting powder was used but not the brows if i was going for it i'd want the brows of 3

    Land on the beta grid

    I was of the impression that everything on the beta grid was a copy of main grid and it wasn't possible to buy/own land, unless someone knows better. i've seen scores of plots "for sale" on beta but the only active sims i can find don't have any land for sale

    I don't know what you're trying to make your display name but viewing on my phone apart from the first two characters the rest are just blocks and that's all many will see inworld. if someone shows user/display names and they can't read your display name they'll refer to you as the name they can read. I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds fancy unicode irritating it can make it impossible to figure out what you're trying to call yourself

    Taking down existing home/garden, remodel, how often do you do it?

    Whenever i start getting tired of the home i'm currently using i start looking for a new one for convenience i will use the furniture already rezzed from the previous home getting rid of anything i can't make fit. with having extra prims to play with i have added additional decor items such as lights and shelves, clutter & furniture like a dining table and have upgraded or going to upgrade what i already have to modernise/better fit available space

    Some great recommendations already if you are willing to go top to toe mesh bento one of my alts picked up a free Alatmura body from http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Unihispana/68/156/23 the only real problem you can't modify the skin tone, i'm not a fan of the alpha HUD but did get some Maitreya sized items to work well

    If you really want one of the more expensive mesh heads but they aren't currently in your price range make use of an alt account and feed it any L$ you can spare in time you'll eventually have enough saved up for a head you want

    If as Chin said they are Caspervend you don't need to search for a redelivery terminal if you click or right click > touch on vendor and a blue dialogue box comes up there is a redelivery option. if you are shopping somewhere very popular the vendors can be very sluggish something i bought on last weeks L$50 Friday from a Caspervend took several hours to finally deliver/appear for redelivery

    Chalk this up to a learning experience if the resident won't pay you the money back or provide the service. LL wont get involved as it's a resident dispute. There's a saying "A fool and his money are soon parted" i think it applies this time i'm sure after this experience you'll be a lot wiser next time it happens

    If you want somewhere with lots of good backgrounds and scenes over a decorated landscaped sim Backdrop City & Backdrop Cove have loads to choose from, i saw somewhere there's a Backdrop Village too but couldn't find it in search

    If you like beachy coastal locations i really like the island in Bisaccia or there's lots of other little LDPW island builds like the beach at Pledder scattered across the Blake Sea
    for something more spacey the space port at Mos Ainsley is really good there's similar one at Moonbase
