I don't think i've updated my profile since i wrote it 9-10 years ago, It has my then likes and interests and inworld location. it could do with an update more relevant to now if i could think of something better to put in it's place.
in the RL bit i did put my blog and this quote i borrowed from somewhere "My mind really thinks i’m happy here but hasn’t been able to tell my face." because it seems to reflect RL quite well-

Not finding it any laggier than other events what I did was set draw distance low set show friends only and in the advanced menu was turn off rendering of tree, surface patch, water, ground, grass, clouds and particles which has helped. The one sim that will take us lowly non premiums years to get in to is Halcyon because everyone there has been crowded round Blueberry clamouring to get half the store credit they offered last year

I know exactly the store you mean and your right they really should have some posters modelling the clothes and more importantly body rigging I have several things from that store from L$50 Friday or event freebies some stuff is Maitreya only other stuff also includes both slink + Freya and Isis. What your seeing at the LL shopping is pretty much what I've noticed at the mainstore plus at least one of the items has been a L$50 offering in the last few months

I hate it when creators do that there has been many an occasion where i've seen something i like and the colour or print option i like most has been fatpack only it's especially bad if a fatpack only option has been modelled in the advertising

That "white line" is a natural sheen highlight on the lipstick from where light would reflect. the same happens in RL to get rid of it you'd need find a matte lipstick applier with no sheen, highlights or shading on it

Doesn't necessarily mean an LL ban your friend might have deleted their account. One of my friends i only discovered they'd deleted their account when i tried to view their web profile i don't know why they did it i can only hope they haven't deleted their RL account too

I'm pretty certain the ocacin body is modify they do a full perm version as well not too expensive, they do heads too. Meli Imako does full perm bento heads too there's one that's currently L$250 on the marketplace

I don't think it's a flaw just whether you choose to have the notification chiclet thingies top right or bottom right. i have mine on the bottom in FS, blue dialogue boxes appear top right so neither the dialogue or payment notification conflict with each other

There are some alternative camera controls i use that are more convenient to use with arrow keys
Alt Gr + arrow = pan around up/down/left/right
Alt Gr + Ctrl (you only need to press briefly) + arrow = left/right pan and zoom in/out -
Depends where you use the Av, generally i don't find it scary but I might get slightly creeped out if i saw it used at the Linden Moon Base in Mos Ainsley

In case it hasn't already been mentioned there's an option in inventory to filter different types of inventory like scripts, LM's, textures etc. make sure you haven't left it to show only specific items. i've had the odd occasion where i've forgotten i've done this and gone "oh s****" thinking everything has vanished

Just on on the blockiness and lack of smoothness it looks like you are still using the system body you need to check the folder of the dress you are wearing and see if there is an alpha layer included if there is wear it. Though it it is highly likely one is not included as very little new fashion is created for "classic" avatars these days.
A mesh body is a worthwhile investment if you aren't using one look in the folder of your dress see which body sizes are included they will be a good place to start on choosing a mesh body to get

Fameshed has some freebies round the tree at the landing point (free group join)
Looks like there's going to be an LL shopping event coming up i noticed the shopping sims are active again in my tracker 5 shopping sims 10 cam shopping sims are there have always been freebies put out at all the booths-

With the freebie bodies you can't cosmetically change it you are stuck with the skin on it, I'm not a mega fan of the the HUD but it does offer full alpha cuts unlike the free eBody that only has a limited selection of alpha cuts. as it's a head to toe body I'd never use it on me or my main alt whom I don't want to change the skin or tone but I did get it for another alt and found good compatibility with Maitreya sizing in the outfit I got it

LAQ's selling model is to the sell the HUD and the head separately which is great if you have both already if you want to buy another head you aren't forking out L$4.5k just to get another HUD you already have.
Demo the head and the HUD if you love the head buy it and wait for the HUD to go on offer I believe for L$50 LAQ also sell a very basic HUD that clears layers and what not from the head. If you want a good brand on the cheap this is worth trying

Moving to an alien country is a big deal i would not be surprised if your SL/RL partner is very scared of her new surroundings and wondering if she made a huge mistake uprooting her life and is using SL as a safe space
Have you made any effort introducing her to your family/friends/country or was it go straight to your home and expect to have breakfast made for you. maybe it was a mistake for you two to take things RL if you are going to be controlling over your partners interactions in SL-

If that's the one selling full perm templates rather than using someone else's then they're one of a number of brands i've seen at seemingly every LL shopping even since SL14B so i wonder if there isn't a bit of favouritism going on
