Since you are using a Belleza skin and body you should try the body tone closest to your skin in the HUD fine tune if needed and use a neck fix if the body has one, turn it on and adjust the size of the blend if that doesn't help you could always try wearing a choker style necklace to hide it

By using the official blog it does look like LL is paying unfair favouritism towards certain brands and events like they did with Ozimals way back. I'm sure this was not the intended case and that Xiola wanted to show with the outfit credits that Linden's are just like us and like to shop at stores and monthly events like uber. I'm sure if it was marked as a personal blog or posted in one of the look at me threads it wouldn't be seen so negatively.

For those shoes you really need to invest in one of the three bodies they're rigged for and you are looking at a L$3,000 approx investment just for the body then you'll need an applier on top if there's one for your skin if not you'll need to source a new system skin that has an available applier as well

if you're not wanting a mesh body forget about those shoes completely and any boots that don't include a system version if you just want to wear up to ankle high shoes and boots you have a few feet options
Slink feet - get the flat, mid and high options e.g. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Slink-AvEnhance-Feet-Female-Mid/5546991 don't bother with pointe and kitten unless you really want them. you will most probably need appliers for them

Similar feet - a cheaper Slink compatible set of feet includes flat, mid and high https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Similar-Multi-pose-Feet-Slink-compatible/6667756 good if you use an older skin

Maitreya feet - since they are included in the body i'd only buy the flat, mid and high e.g. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Maitreya-Gold-Mesh-Feet-High/6798276 separately if i wasn't interested in a mesh body and had a lot of system foot shoes i still wanted to wear since they'd only need a bit of resizing and re-positioning to work with Maitreya

Do that and people bordering it will just use it as an opportunity to allow objects to spill out and use more land than they are paying for I have two neighbours doing that one in my home sim on to protected info hub and abandoned land and one bordering at 0,0,0 on to the protected hub land. Protected land is only protected in the sense it isn't a build enabled free for all unfortunately nothing stopping someone ruining your view over "protected" land by rezzing a vast expanse of prims linked to a root prim on their land

If you plan on never getting a mesh body Maitreya sell their feet separately, if you have a lot of system foot shoes you can still wear them with these feet though some resize and repositioning may be required. if you go for slink it's very difficult to make your old shoes work but you'll have a wider selection to buy from

One of my alts uses a library av and I think it's AO. otherwise my other human alts use cheap AO's from places like Tuty's, Akeyo, Vista & Oracul most AO stores have a free or very  cheap offering for newbies the aimations in the oracul are really wacky would avoid if you prefer something more natural

As long as the home owner isn't there and they don't have anything preventing you from entering there's nothing to stop you from having a nosey round however if you wouldn't do it in RL best not advised to do it in SL though if you are found out you may well get banned from their property. For my own home in SL if someone happens to find their way up there I don't have a problem with them being there as long as they leave everything as I left it

I'm guessing since the OP believed an element of the game is cheating they haven't spent a lot of time in the realms certainly not long enough to experience the real cheating, griefing and use of gfx crashers that goes on, at worse what they saw was someone preventing high value crystals from spawning

I would suggest the OP join the Linden Realms (unofficial) group to get help and tips with all things realming from other users before reaching for the AR

The sphere round them isn't cheating it's been a long time since i was allowed in the realms but having one of those type of spheres round you was part of the flare cannon quest and you had a different coloured sphere on you depending on which cannon you had to click on, what could be construed as cheating by some people is where they chose to park themselves it looks like they could be positioned to prevent certain high value crystals from rezzing so they can swoop when the coast is clear

Had a check and noticed that on a gacha i have listed plus some of my own products, it's not appearing on the actual listings unless you make changes  if you delete the list all the brands come in a drop down list to choose from my guess is it's put there for people to easily select all the brands their wearable items work for before you had to manually do it

Had something similar happen with "free land" the owner vanished from SL and it was a good year or two before all the sims making up "free land" got reclaimed, abandoned and everything returned 
then most recently for 8-9 years on my home sim there there used to be an animation store never saw sight nor sound of the owner or anyone connected to it, it never changed one day it went in to Gov linden ownership had ban lines round it for a good week before everything got returned and abandoned 

so any mainland you have can be a very long time in arrears before it's reclaimed  as abandoned and cleaned out

One that sticks in the memory was when LL added the adult continent Zindra or Ursula as it was initially known due to all the sims being named Ursula. used to see material all over the grid protesting against relegating adult content to adult sims and mainland and having to age verify (in some cases manually) or submit payment info to access the new adult rated lands and any land that requires it
