  1. Yes, the old "canned" reply is 3-5 days, but Linden added faster processing time to a lot of accounts, including mine with a steady 1 workday. Now I've got several sitting at linden with nothing for days. Just another "canned" reply from linden when I asked what happen.
  2. Credit Processing issues again? Since faster processing started, I've been 1 day roughly 24 hours for the credit processing to finalize to Paypal. Sent one 3 days ago and still nothing. Support sent me to a canned response link. Anyone else having delays?
  3. Did call Billing Support and they just gave me run around saying they were looking into it.
  4. No. Normally I'm getting next day. BUT the general process is you get 1 email confirming you sent in a credit request for the sale of Lindens. Then you wait. Then an email arrives saying the credit has been approved and processed. Then the funds are sent to Paypal when this 2nd email confirmation is sent. But in my case. No funds were ever sent to Paypal and no reply from Linden. A credit process I did on the 15th arrived on the 16th fine. Email Received: Hello, Samual Wetherby! This email is a confirmation that a request to process USD credit from your Second Life account balance to a PayPal account has been approved and completed. Details: Date of request: 2016-08-14 16:49:07 UTC Amount requested: $xxx.xx Fees: $3.00 Total amount: $xxx.xx Request ID: xxxxxxxx Now that the funds have been sent to a PayPal account, you should be able to see them when you log in to your PayPal account. If you have difficulty doing so, please contact the PayPal support team for assistance. If you did not make this request: please call the Fraud Line at 1-800-860-6990 between the hours of 9AM and 6PM (Pacific Time), Monday-Friday. Kind regards, Linden Lab
  5. Yes answered the question. There is no info Paypal side if nothing was sent through. Have included everything including copy of the credit transaction. Just no reply at all from LL.
  6. Anyone else missing a credit process from LL to their Paypal? I processed a decent amount on 14th. Received an email on the 15th from LL saying the credit process had been completed and the funds should be in my Paypal. But no Paypal payment I know there was Billing Maintances on the 15th. I've submitted a ticket, but only thing I recieved back was a "Please supply your security question answer". I've updated the ticket daily, checking with Paypal daily and nothing and still no reply from LL. Anyone else having issues or gotten this resolved?

  8. Credit processing started getting faster few weeks ago, but not after a billing maintainance yesterday, I have a missing credit process, yet I received a "Approved and Completed" email from Linden. Just no payment to Paypal. Submitted a ticket yet no reply.
  9. Same 25% Boat. I questioned numerous times and asked to speak to a supervisor and they also gave me a "canned" response. Saying how they could not devuldge why some are considered a RISK and more time is needed to process the credit, while others aren't. I find it hard to believe that same 25% take same amount of time for them to evaluate the process from people who have been processing cash outs for years.
  10. With the increase frees to process credits to Paypal. Why is some still seeing 5-7 days processing time? There seems to be no process for insuring a faster turn around time and the comparision from one person to another doesn't make sense either. While some have full credit card on file, paypal info. tax records and others don't and still more information doesn't insure faster processing.
  11. Cashed out 50,000 Sunday. Linden took $12 USD of it in totaly fees. I most likely won't see it until Friday or this weekend or Monday next week. I have went round and round with Support and they one devuldge their process for approving. Seems having Paypay on file, credit card on file. Tax records on file. over 5 years of numerous cash outs a week Real name, address, phone #, and still something is at risk that they have to take longer to approve it.
  12. Yes it all seems very fishy. I've seen class action suits against Ebay & Amazon for practices that they were not giving as a whole to it's partons. Or as in recent Ebay class action on their List Until Sold option. When you pay for a service and LL contributed it's increase in processing fees and offered faster turn around, but only 75% qualify? Really? So the 25% pay the fee but don't see the benefits. Hmmm. In that case. everyone who does not see the 2 day process should receive a 1.5% or $2 Min refund? Man I miss VirWox !!! Instant payouts
  13. I seem to be one of the 25% that is still seeing 7 day processing times. And at several times since LL forced everyone to exchange through them, 10 days. This has all been very frustrating. Paying a higher fee, yet not receiving the benefits. I sent a support ticket in and got some very disturbing replies from Linden Labs. "Unfortunately, there isn't much I can discuss on that subject. In most financial decisions, there are a number of factors used to determine the relative "risk" of a specific transaction. In the same way, we determine the "risk" involved in a process credit based on a number of factors - these factors taken as a group determine what level of manual checks need to be made in order to complete the request. This process is in place to minimize the risk to your funds and avoid the possibility of fraudulent transactions. Unfortunately, I can't discuss the specific factors being reviewed or how they factor into the decision." What "Risks"? Have been processing weekly if not more cash outs without issue for years. Have a 15 year old Business Paypal account Credit Card on file with Linden Labs. Zero issues processing ever. Not sure this is even legal if they are doing some sort of "Risk" analisys, denying someone a service allowed to what they say is 75% (how do you come up with that number before they even started processing faster cash outs?) without informing those effected why they are effected by the slower processing requests for a service they are paying for. My business partner is getting her's in 2 days, while mine are still taking at least 7 days.
  14. HUGE improvement with the last 2 CDN server chnages. Mesh items are rezzing better and avatar skins & alphas are displaying in a decent timely manner. Thanks Oz & everyone at Linden for listening to all my bitching for months!
  15. 3rd straight month of rez issues. Seems it's getting worse Use to only be during peak internet access my regional CDN server, but now, it's starting earlier and earlier, Today at 10:20am SLT it's started failing to rez, if you cammed around or TP'd items would disappear. Normally only happens later in evening.
  16. Think it's getting worse. Here it is 2:30pm SLT and things are disappearing as I move / cam around or teleport take forever or just rety timeout. Was fine all morning afternoon until now. If only WoW was monitzed.... lol
  17. Day 75 Had Mediacom out yesterday again. Luckly taking pitty on me. Everything at the house and area load test well above normal with no issues. Yet nightly during peak internet, still having Second Life fail fetching and numerious retries only to time out. Whole thing is very depressing.
  18. Another nite of issues. Spin around a fully rezzed room and items disappear. Seriously missing old slow days of SL
  19. Tonight more of the same. except seems missing items when I turn around is back. Various mesh items just vanish again. More fetching and retry errors. llcorehttp/_httppolicy.cpp(441) : 2015-04-22T02:42:10Z WARNING: LLCore::HttpPolicy::stageAfterCompletion: HTTP request 000000003038BC20 failed after 0 retries. 20. Another nite of issues. Object textures seem to rez better but people don't and various items just disappear and don't return or time out by just turning around. 21. lol. made me laugh. Thanks Maybe that's my problem. 40 year old trying to fix something only a 14 year old looking for porn can do.
  22. Thanks Monty. I've played with IP changes/hacks a few times recently per someone's advice. It had mixed results as you are indeed throwing your connection to another IP address location and then accessing the CDN in that area. Results were some packet loss, longer timeouts and some retries to connect (websites and other various connections). The plus was I seeemed to be accessing a better CDN server area and things were rezzing better, but the connection wasn't reliable for substained SL use and contant hammering for textures & data back and forth. Think such hacks are best for those wishing to pirate download stuff or other malicious activities.
  23. 8 Downstream channels is best you can do for home modems. Most are 4 and 4. Just replaced my brand new Surfbroad DOCSIS 3.0 for the Cisco for the extra channels.
  24. Since Tuesday & Wednesdays server updates CDN changes, objects seem to rez faster, although not like during the daytime when they POP into place, but during the evening they do rez better. Skin textures, attachments, alphas do not. Logs show numerous failed fetching, blacklisted items, not found, etc during evenings. All ping & tracert test show data, requests arrive very fast 30-40ms with no packet loss.
