We have a very nice store for rent on the lovely sim Riviera Island. We are a moderate sim so no Adult stuff allowed. We have a lovely central lake which the store faces and it is next to our busy information area which is also where most of our residents come to pay their rent. Soon we will have a small club opening diagonally opposite on the other side of the information area. We also have Caribbean Breezes VIP club and Breezes Theatre in the sky above the lake. Breezes Theatre is the home of Breezes Dancers and we do shows which are normally very well attended. The rest of the sim is residential. The store has 2 floors (top floor reached by teleporter) a beautiful courtyard at the front with plants and seating and a lovely view over the lake. The middle area of the island, information area and land where the store is have the windlight setting CalWL. This can be changed for the store if you would prefer something different or normal Estate time. You will need to join a group to get the permissions you need. We will put the radio url of your choice on the land the store is on. You will also be able to have your store logo above the entrance. We will do all we can to help promote your brand and store. This will include a free store opening party on a stage which we can put on the lake directly opposite the store. We can also hold the party in the store if you would prefer that. Hello I suppose the first questions is whether it is possible to move a sim to this area? I would want the sim to be stand alone and not connected to other sims, with sailable water on all aspects and ability to sail directly to the Blake Sea or other sailing areas. The sim I want to move is beach themed partly residential and with an active club and dance theatre in the sky over the central lake. How can I tell from the map which areas have sailable water and access to the Blake Sea and other sailing areas? This would be a very expensive mistake if I got it wrong. I have read quite a lot about this area of SL and the rules and regs but can't find anything that helps answer my questions. Breezes Dancers will be performing their Christmas Show on Saturday 13 December at Phat Cat's Elite Club. This is a members only club but will be open to the public for our performance from 1pm onwards until the end of our show. So plenty of time to come and get a good seat or maybe visit the ballroom first as there is live singer Sultry Sonata until 2pm. This performance is primarily for venue owners who are looking for a show to book for the Christmas Holiday period but is also for all our friends and anyone else who would like to come and watch and enjoy. It is a fun, witty and energetic show with some brilliant Winter and Christmas Holiday music mixes that have been created specially for this show. There will be a party on the stage after the show and we would love everyone to join us. The performance will take place at Breezes Theatre at the new Winter Venue on Riviera Island. It is a fun, witty and energetic show with some brilliant Winter and Christmas Holiday music mixes that have been created specially for this show. The Christmas Show will be followed at approximately 1pm slt by our very popular Excerpts from Swan Lake Ballet. We have been told that this ballet performance has the *WOW* factor.
