    Hi everyone I need some help please. I am the owner of a Private Estate, not mainland. I have a tenant that has a large parcel of land and also a small parcel for extra prims both are deeded to the same group so the prim count adds together and can be used on their large parcel of land. These 2 parcels of land are not near each other. They have now told me that they want to change the group the 2 parcels are deeded to. My question is what is the best way to do this? If they change the group of either parcel the link between the two will be broken and stuff will get sent back to them or disappear completely as they will be over their prim limit. Would increasing the Region object bonus factor whilst they made the change be an option and would it work in this scenario? The only other method of doing this that I can think of is for them to take enough objects off the big parcel so that they are within the prim limit of that parcel. I have to bear in mind that I communicate with this tenant via a translator which is never easy. I have helped tenants with this many times but only when one parcel is involved. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents. I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims from LL as these prims were a gift for us all. We currently have 3 lovely small parcels of land available. Two face the pretty lake and the other one faces the sea.     Breezes Dancers will be performing their show We Can Dance at Breezes Theatre on Saturday 14 April at 1pm slt. This is a show of 6 Acts and lasts about 1 hour.     Riviera Island is a lovely peaceful moderate rated sim which has a pretty central lake with a gazebo for anyone to use. I have owned Riviera Island since May 2013. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents. We are family friendly and have a children's play area sponsored by one of our residents. I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims from LL as these prims were a gift for us all. We currently have a few very nice small parcels of land available. 2 of these parcels are behind each other (one sea facing and one lake facing) and could be joined to make a lovely double aspect land for your home.     Hi everyone My private region was griefed yesterday. A huge prim is over the land and the lag it is causing is terrible, I suspect it has a 'bad' script in it. Some of my residents homes are inside this huge prim. The owner of this prim is 6 days old so I suspect it is an ALT. Yesterday I contacted chat support and the Linden employee I was talking to came to see if they could remove it as I could not, but they could not remove it either. I filed an AR yesterday and another today. The lag is so bad that the Land Tools list of scripted objects in the on the sim is not loading. I suspect that it has been rezzed from someones land on the south of the sim that has Object entry open to everyone, but I can't get there to see if there is anything I can do to get rid of this thing. I am also a little worried that if I did delete it or send it back it might take everything on the sim with it. Has this type of griefing happened to anyone else? What else can I do? How long does action on an AR take to happen? I am thinking of requesting a roll back if nothing happens soon. Thanks and hope someone can help. Venetia Cazalet - owner, Riviera Island

    My sim has been on 3 different channels this week!! My sim is one of the older sims in SL 2006/2007 maybe earlier. It has always been on the main channel. So every Tuesday morning I check this forum to see if there will be maintenance. None for this week so I thought great, I can get on and do things! Wednesday, as stated by other people here, we had 3 restarts in 3 hours! So I contacted support chat to find out why. I was told it was RC channel maintenance and my sim was on RC Magnum! I checked and yes the sim was on Magnum so I raised a support ticket to find out why we had been moved and also why I was not told. I have people who create on my sim and it is important for them to know when restarts might happen. As yet no reply to my support ticket. This morning I have an email from my lag meter telling me we had another restart overnight (I am in the UK) great I thought we have been moved back to main channel!! Just checked and we are now on RC Pie!! Like the rest of you I think LL are having some major problems at the moment. I hope they get it sorted soon and move my sim back to main channel. I am going to wait it out and see what happens as I don't think there is much else I can do but I will alert my residents to the fact that there may be random restarts for the next few days. So glad I checked this forum as I thought the problem was just with my sim but obviously it is not.

Come and take advantage of the lovely SL sunrise or keep the windlight setting already on the parcel. South 9 SV Sea View and Lake View is a lovely large parcel of land again with really nice neighbours and like all the parcels very quiet. You will be spolt for choice here, lake view or sea view or with some clever design take advantage of both! We currently and unexpectedly have a stunning Sunrise Corner available. It is very rare for a corner to be available on this sim. This corner has 878prims + 293 prims free. The rental is 1000L$ weekly (you can pay up to 4 weeks if you want to) and the size is 3840m² RENTED We also have a very small Lake View parcel available .     Hi Please can anyone tell me where to find the 'Land Tools' in the Lumiya Viewer? I am a sim owner and I need to know how to do a region restart when I am away from home using Lumiya on my tablet. It says on the Lumiya website that one of the features is Region restart for estate owners but it does not say where to find it. Hope someone can help Thanks Venetia Cazalet
