Hi Look You can sell your L$ by logging in to your Dashboard and on the left under Linden Exchange (just above your friends list) click Manage and choose Sell L$ from the drop down menu. Choose which of the 2 sell options you want to use and complete the information. When the transaction is complete there is a link to ways of getting the USD out to RL Click Manage on Linden Exchange on your Dashboard again and choose process credit. it will guide you through they options you have to get your USD out into a RL account. Hi iCade Thank you for your reply. I have be in email discussion about this with Paypal customer support every month and they say they have checked everything and that my account is ok. It was one of their support team who told me yesterday that there had been no request for payment of my tier from Linden Research. for the last few months. I forgot to mention that I am able to buy L$ and pay for marketplace purchases using my Paypal account with no problem at all, I tried it to test if it worked or not. The problem seems to be with automated payments that come from Linden Research. Thanks Venetia

Hi Since SSA was rolled out I have been having problems with my skin and clothes layers looking blurry, the only way to fix this is to re-log, usually several times as only one thing seems to be un-blurred at a time. If I log my alt in on same pc and viewer and look at me through her eyes I look fine no blur at all. I don't use my alt that much but I am not having this blur problem with her. Hello I have an ongoing problem (since June) with Paypal payment method for paying my Land Tier. My first tier payment was in May and it worked fine with no problems at all but since then each month the payment has been declined by Paypal and I have had to pay my tier manually with my credit card payment method. The second payment in June (the first that was declined) was whilst I was abroad. I accessed my paypal account to check everything was ok the day before my tier date and I was told later that this caused a 'risk' as I was in another country using a different PC so they refused that payment. I have just been told by Paypal that for my tier dates in July, August and September they have not received any requests for payment from Linden Research, but for each of these months I have had a message on my dashboard saying the payment for my tier using Paypal had failed. Paypal say there is no problem with my account. It seems to me that the request for payment is not reaching Paypal.. I have had a support case with LL open on this for months and they (Bianca) say there is no problem with my account. They have suggested that I remove my Paypal payment method and re-add it to see if that helps and I am going to do this. As I am sure anyone who pays tier will appreciate this is very frustrating to put it mildly. Has anyone had a similar problem or got any ideas as to how I might fix this please? My first tier payment was in May and it worked fine with no problems at all but since then each month the payment has been declined by Paypal and I have had to pay my tier manually with my credit card payment method. The second payment in June (the first that was declined) was whilst I was abroad. I accessed my paypal account to check everything was ok the day before my tier date and I was told later that this caused a 'risk' as I was in another country using a different PC so they refused that payment. I have just been told by Paypal that for my tier dates in July, August and September they have not received any requests for payment from Linden Research, but for each of these months I have had a message on my dashboard saying the payment for my tier using Paypal had failed. Paypal say there is no problem with my account. It seems to me that the request for payment is not reaching Paypal.. I have had a support case with LL open on this for months and they (Bianca) say there is no problem with my account. They have suggested that I remove my Paypal payment method and re-add it to see if that helps and I am going to do this. As I am sure anyone who pays tier will appreciate this is very frustrating to put it mildly. Has anyone had a similar problem or got any ideas as to how I might fix this please? Hello When I first got my sim (Private Estate) in May this year I made a parcel for my home in the NE corner and then made parcels all round the edges of the sim for rental leaving a space in the middle for a lake and landscaping. I then, I think, (bit hazy about this as can't really remember) joined my home parcel and the central lake area together as they had a common border so that the prims from both would be added together. Later I decided my home parcel was too big so I created 2 extra parcels (one on the North and one on the East within my existing home parcel thus reducing its size). In doing this the central lake area and my home parcel became separated as the borders of the 2 new parcels went over the common border of the central lake area and my home. I then deeded the central lake area to a group so I could give land permissions. The 2 parcels are still connected though as the sqm and prim allocation are combined and also in deeding the lake area my home parcel has become deeded to the same group too. The stream playing in the 2 parcels is the same and changes in both when the stream is changed in the other. I now want to undo this join as I didn't realise at the time what the repercussions of it would be, but I do now. I have no idea how to go about putting this right! I need the central lake part to be separate from my home parcel so I can give people the ability to change the music stream and use the Club I have in the sky over the lake with out everything they play and say being heard in my home too and vice versa. I need to deed the centre part to a new group but I can't do that until I can separate it from my home parcel. I have tried un-deeding the central lake area and deeding it again, but what ever I do is replicated on my home parcel. I think the problem may be that I am owner of both parcels when they are not deeded. May be if I sell the central part (or my home parcel) to my alt that will fix it, though that is not an ideal solution. I have tenants but not either side of my home so I could reinstate my home parcel to its original size if needed, but I still need to know how to make the central area and my home parcel separate. Hope you understand what I am trying to explain and that someone can help. Thank you from Venetia
