Riviera Island is a lovely peaceful sim which has a central lake with a gazebo for anyone to use. I have owned Riviera Island since May 2013. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents. I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims from LL as these prims are a gift for us all. We currently have 5 parcels of land available, one large one by the sea, 2 small ones (one is lake view the other is sea view) and 2 inner parcels that would be ideal if you want to live or work on a platform in the sky. To view these parcels come to the Information and Sales area and you will see the advertising boards on the wall, Click the one for the parcel you want to look at and you will receive a notecard and LM's to the parcel, and one back to the information area and one to the rental meters which are behind the wall that these boards are on. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents. Last week we received our free extra prims..... thank you LL. I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims for my existing tenants, the prims are a gift for us all. I charge around 1.2L$ to 1.3L$ per prim depending where the parcel is on the sim and that is what I will always charge. Until January I will not raise prices on any land that becomes available, it will still be at the same pre extra prim price. We currently have 2 parcels of land available and a special offer for 2016. This special offer has been in place since 2015. Breezes Dancers have a range of shows available for bookings. Mostly we work for 100% tips but we do expect a decent tip from the venue management as we have costs to cover. Riviera Island - Private Estate - Owner Venetia Cazalet Rating: Moderate - mixed (mainly residential but with Caribbean Breezes Club and Breezes Theatre in the sky over the lake and Klub Napadu on the North of the sim all open in European time only) Also have a small photo studio facing the lake and 2 small stores on the south of the sim in the sky. Decor: Centre of the sim is landscaped with a lovely lake, trees, grasses and a Gazebo on the lake. Lag is not a problem here. A small club would also be possible but not in the European time zone, it would have to be open only in SL evening time, the sim is quite quiet then as most of us are European. Ban lines are not allowed on Riviera Island so please use a security device instead. Terraforming no higher than 800m is ok but no water next to boundaries and not too deep as it can cause very bad land problems for you and your neighbours. Are you lonely and bored in SL and looking for new friends and something fun and different to do? Breezes Dancers are a popular group of dancers in SL who dance and perform shows for fun and enjoyment and not for money. We are NOT club dancers. There is no payment for the dancers but any tips received during a show will be shared out to the dancers if there is enough to share. If there is not enough to share the L$ go to our Choreographer to help cover the costs of all the things she needs to buy for the shows. The dancing is controlled by our choreographer using a professional dance HUD system that she spends hours setting up with the dance routines for each of our shows; you do not need to be able to dance. Very important is understanding how to create outfits and save them so you can change clothes quickly. Training will be available if needed Must be available to attend rehearsals and dance between 11.30am slt to around 3pm slt on any day of the week Must be committed, sensible, reliable and alert when dancing as sometimes you will need to respond to instructions quickly Most of all you must enjoy what we do and being part of our fun team You will need to join the Breezes Dancers group Hosting skills would also be useful but not essential Please tell us if you have any other SL skills that might be useful. Hello I have a group of which I am one of 5 owners. The group has the maximum of of 10 roles in it. I want to add a new role by either deleting an unused role or editing the role name and title of one of the unused ones that I created some time ago. I am unable to do this in either the SL viewer or Firestorm viewer. The unused role I want to delete disappears when I click delete. Then I click save and refresh and the role I just deleted comes back. If I edit the title when I try and save it I get a message saying I have the maximum of 10 roles and it will not save. I must be doing something wrong. One of the other owners is my alt and I tried with that but with the same result. I did not originally create the group could that be the problem? The person who created the group is very rarely in SL now but he made both me and my alt owners of the group at the same time that he created it. This is driving me mad as I have someone urgently waiting for the role I am unable to create. Please can someone help? Thanks Venetia Cazalet

Hi everyone I have a problem with some of my tenants lowering their land too deep and causing problems when I need to level land next to them. I know I can set a level below which they cannot lower their land but I want to know what will happen to land that has already been lowered below the level I intend to set.
