Hello, I cannot get the parcels on my Private Estate to appear in Land For Sale and they are not yellow on the map. I have set them for sale, put Land for saleand details in the description and marked them as Rental and nothing happens. I tried yesterday and also ticked show in search (30L$ per week) and hoped that overnight they might appear but no luck. There is nothing in my transaction hisory so obviously it has not worked. I have been to other parcels for sale today that show in Land for Sale and are yellow on the map and have set mine the same but it is still not working. The ones I visited only had Rental chosen and not show in search which is what I want as I don't want to pay the 30L$ per week for each of 18 parcels. Can anyone help please? Thanks, Venetia

Hello, I need some help please. Please will someone give me instructions for what I need to do to sell/rent out the parcels I have made on my SIM (private estate)? I have set up the rental boxes but not sure how to make each parcel appear for sale on the map nor what the renter has to do to buy the land. Second question. I want to give my residents full permissions on their parcels but not sure how to do that at a parcel level and keep the permissions right for estate manager. I am going to make a residents group, do I set the permissions in that? Sorry for the basic questions but this is all new to me. Hope someone can help Ven

Hi, I need some help please. I am a new estate (Private region) owner and I am having a problem with changing the region landing point from 128,128,14 (underwater) to where I want it to be. There is a lake in the centre of the island with parcels for rent all around it. The only part of the island not parceled is one corner where my home is and the lake in the middle. Both these two pieces of land are in the same group and I have deeded these two pieces of land to the group. At the moment anyone visiting via search for the island name or via the map land at 128,128,14 underwater. I have set a landing point where I want it to be on the central piece of land but it is not working. Is it possible to change a region landing point or do I need to re-do the landscape and make an above water landing point in the middle of the lake? Hope some one can help - thanks

Hi, i am new to renting out land and need a rental system. I have decided upon either hippo or casperlet but have been unable to find out if either of them take commission from rental payments. I have the casperlet demo and that does take a %. Can anyone help please?
