Please will someone tell me how to do a region restart using the Lumiya viewer? It is listed as an available feature on the website but I can't work out how to do it. Hi, I need some help and explanation please. I own a residential sim and 2 of my renters have told me they will probably have to leave as after 1 August they will not be able to buy L$ to pay their rent with. They are Dutch and have always used the Dutch Exchange since long before the Authorised L$ Reseller pilot programme started in 2013. For reasons of their own they refuse to use a credit card or Paypal, I do not know why. My question is will the Dutch Exchange cease to operate after the closure of the Authorised L$ Reseller pilot programme as it was in operation long before the pilot programme started? I am concerned that this is just the tip of the iceberg and that many people, especially non English speakers, are unaware of this issue and that in August there will be a mass exodus from SL as I know many people are not happy to set up payment methods using Credit Cards or Paypal. I think much more information needs giving regarding this issue and also some sort of contact for help for those who have a problem or do not understand. Thank you again Qie for your help. I suspect they are gone too. I have looked at the zdrop instructions and she was not using that, she told me she was dragging them from inventory to hud and I am not sure her English is good enough to understand the complicated instructions. I suspect that she buys no copy animations as they are so much cheaper than the copy sort. Most dances can be bought in either copy or no copy/Transfer. I will suggest to her that she clears inventory cache and logs back in to Aich and waits for her inventory to load again doing nothing. I hope that might work, but I am not very hopeful. I don't think there is anything else I can do to help her, hopefully she will only buy copy animations in the future. I am amazed this has not happened to her before with the amount of moving animations around that she does. Thank you for your help Venetia

Thank you for the reply Qie. I told my friend what you thought the error message might have been and she thinks that is what it said... or something like that. The next question is where will the dance animations have gone as they failed to reach the hud? Are they gone forever? She says they are not in her inventory. I am the sim owner where she lives and I have tried all the search options I can think of... Area search from different locations on the sim, but it is not objects we are looking for. Also tried Region/debug/top scripts but I can't find anything. I read about the mini map showing things belonging to the person who opens it but it is not working for me, are there some options to show only my things? The mini map is showing me lots of turquoise shapes but they are not in places where I own anything. I also read about clearing inventory cache and logging back in to a very quiet area like Aich and letting inventory load again as they may still be stored on the server her inventory is on. But I have also read that this is very much a 'last resort' procedure. As the animation permissions were Transfer could they have somehow ended up in something belonging to someone else? My friend speaks Portuguese and is contacting someone in Firestorm Portuguese Support as it is obviously easier for her to explain in her own language. Hello A friend of mine who lives on my sim was recently transferring (dragging) dance animations from inventory to a new dance hud. All the copy dances transferred successfully to the new hud but the no copy ones disappeared, she has lost around 200 dance animations. She is a skilled choreographer of many years in SL so has done this transfer procedure many times before. She was on a platform above her land (her land is owned by her and not a group) when doing the transfer. She said there was an error message when the loss occured but she was in such a panic she now cannot remember what it said and she does not save chat history. She uses the firestorm viewer but I don't think it is the most recent one. I opened a support ticket to ask for the sim logs to be checked for the date and time the incident happened (15 June, with a window of time between 6pm slt to 10pm slt). Unfortunately I have been informed that the sim logs do not go back that far now but someone came to the sim yesterday and did a health check and that seemed fine. I have also checked the grid status history and nothing is logged for that day. My friend also has a support ticket open and she has been given links to read and things to try all of which she has done and tried but with no success. I should add that on 15 June my sim was experiencing difficulties earlier in the day, something that had been ongoing for some months. Something was rezzing objects in one particular area of the sim until it was full then sending everything that had been rezzed back to me. As far as I am aware the problem was solved by 4pm slt on that day after I had 198 items sent back to me, as with the help of support I found the invisible item that was doing the rezzing and removed it. I had a ticket open for this problem. I am hoping that someone who reads this may be able to tell me what the error message may have said at the time the dance animations disappeared during transfer or has any suggestions about what else we could try doing to get them back/find them. Will the dance animations have been stored in her inventory on a server somewhere? She first removed them from the old hud to inventory then immeidiately started transferring them back to new hud. As I said the copy dance animations all transferred ok. I asked her if the number of items in her inventory dropped by 200 when the dances had disappeared and she said no. Everything nearby has been checked in case the animations ended up in the wrong place. Thanks for reading this; any help or suggestions would be much appreciated as it is a disaster to lose 200 dance animations. Thank you, I knew I was right! I don't know why they thought they could have a parcel roll back. No they are not harrassing me over it at all thank goodness. I just needed to be sure I was right. I have no intention of asking for a roll back as it would cause far too many problems with rental meters and land changes that I have made very recently and I have around 30 residents............... it would cause a nightmare situation....... unless we could have a roll forward again once the lost items had been retrieved. One of my residents is having a problem trying to rezz out a coalesced bundle of belongings that I returned to her some time ago when she disappeared and her rent ran out. It says she does not have the right to rezz this bundle as she is not owner of the land she is trying to rezz on. She has bought the land she is trying to rezz the bundle on so she has the right permissions and has rezzed a platform. All I can think is that the size of the rezzed bundle is too big for her current land. She went to a sandbox but all that rezzed out was a roof from her house. Hope someone can help as she says there is a lot of no copy things in the bundle. Thanks Venetia Cazalet

Hi Please would someone explain to me or send me a link about what the difference is between Land Impact and Prims? Many buildings on Marketplace are now stating the Land Impact and often the Prims are nearly double the LI. As parcels of land on private estates have a set amount of prims I can't see why we need to know Land Impact. I am wondering if Land Impact is mainland related.... or is it something to do with Mesh? The samba Act 4 is the Ox, Brazilian popular folklore, with human characters and fantastic animals that tell the legend about the death and resurrection of an ox. The choreography set designs and outfits were created by McPol Kamachi (McPol is also the Choreographer for Breezes Dances. This is her dance group based in her own country Brazil)
