  1. Already tried that, and on the wall at the store, it clearly states to send all info on a notecard to her as her IMs get capped. I have actually had a couple of responses from a couple of other customers on the Flickr group profile, who have actually sent her messages also with regards to the wrong hair being in the vendor. Am glad I now know I am not the only one with this same issue. Can only be a bad result in the end for this Seller if more people are having this same issue with no response, despite the fact she has been online. A re branding of the store and name is not going to help, if you are ignoring the people still keeping you in business.
  2. It is in the newer part of the store, it is a new release, she released 3 new hairs in October, they were part of the N21 event I believe before they were available in the store
  3. I tried reaching out via their Flickr account, public and private message, but still again no reply. I am just surprised more than anything considering this hair seller has been in SL selling hair for a lot of years now.
  4. yes i got another copy of a hair i already had, same colours also, so as much as I got something for my Lindens, all i got was something extra to delete.

It is not the money I am frustrated over, it is the lack of communication from the seller, despite that i have followed the instructions they have posted in the store as a way of contacting them with any issues. my other frustration is the fact that they have been online, not replied, despite 3 notecards and still their vendor has not been corrected. All i want is the hair I was purchasing, i would buy it again, only i still will not get the correct hair.

I received the wrong hair, so i checked the vendor link in the store and the wrong hair is actually loaded into their vendor. I sent them a notecard, (which is stated to do in their profile) and 2 weeks later still had no response. I put everything required in the notecard, the date the pack i was purchasing and the transaction number. I sent a 2nd notecard again with all the information, stating this was the 2nd notecard I have sent them. I also checked the group to see that the owner had not in fact been online during that time, so didn't worry over it too much. Since then, the owner has been online, has not responded to either of my notecards, I have sent a 3rd request, I have gone back to the store even and checked the vendor and still the wrong hair is loaded into the vendor, I feel I have been very patient thus far, but feel I should have had some response or at least been sent the correct package. Do I have any rights to pursue this with Linden Labs?

I understand that, but I am talking about why would anyone pay for a whole month back-dated, example rent is due on the 1st of each month, so it would make sense to purchase your land holdings on the 1st of each month, why would you purchase land say the day before and be charged for the whole month that has just passed? It makes no sense to me personally. But the way they have the system set up, you are paying for a whole month prior to your purchase, when you didn't even own anything. Again I get it is business and you can go elsewhere if you do not agree with the businesses practices, but come on, why do people fall for this unfair business practice, yet would not fall into that trap in real life? Does all common sense go away when in SL? As for renting in real life, I do rent, and when I first moved in I moved in during the part of the month, I paid the month up front in advance, plus the remainder of the month from my move in. If I decided to move out next day, that was my choice, but if they had said to me, well we want you to pay for the whole month prior to your move in date, how would that be fair? You didn't live there. In fact someone else may have lived there prior, just as in SL. Yet this is what SL are doing with their mainland fee system. But thanks for the feedback everyone, this is my last post on this subject. I think it is a system that needs to be modernised regardless. In my 13 years in SL, I will not purchase mainland until it does change, so that may be never.
  14. Yes I am perfectly aware, I have a homestead that I rent, I am just stating I do not think the system is a fair system, but I guess I shouldn't have an opinion either.
  15. Actually the whole land use fees process isn't set up fairly at all. Why would anyone want to pay a whole month of usage fees for something they only had for say a couple of days or a couple of minutes? Those of you that think this is a fair business practice should consider how you would feel in the real world if you are wanting to rent a place, and the rent due is on the 1st of each month, but you want to move in 2 days before the 1st. You would pay your month and also the 2 days up front. If they told you you had to pay another full month for those 2 days, despite that you didn't live there for the whole month, would you still move in, I personally would go rent somewhere else. SL fee system is not fair and is out dated.

When I log in at home this is what I get "[19:32] Unable to create item that has caused problems on this region" and it is a continuous list in a pop up box that is labelled Script Warning/Error/Debug. This has never happened before, We have had the land since March, we requested a restart and it is still an issue. Everything on the land we can see fine, but we ourselves are not rezzing, we are not even the "cloud". Considering, we do not wear the same items either, we cannot figure out why this is suddenly happening. If we log in to another region and not on our land, we log in just fine.
  19. So myself and partner log in at home today and both are hit with script errors, everything around us loads fine except ourselves and inventory access. We can log into another location fine, but when TP back home we can still see each other but cannot access anything from inventory. Any ideas as to why the issues is only at home since today.
  20. I am getting the same thing for the last 2 days, and my partner is the same, yet seems to be no known issues anywhere, not on grid status or on firestorm web page. I am at a loss if this is a problem for more people or not.

I have had an item on Marketplace for about a week now, it is only the one item for sale in that colour, i have the same item in another colour that is also for sale, but i logged in to have a message saying my item had been marked as Spam for duplicate items. Why would it have been marked as spam to begin with, was this a linden thing or did someone report my item as spam. i have never encountered this before with any of my sale items and i really do not know what this means and if the item can still even be sold Thanks for any help on this.

  23. Does anyone know if there is a problem with voice on mainland? Decided to buy some mainland early December and all the voice settings on the land are as they should be to enable voice, but myself and my partner when we log into our mainland home, the voice is greyed out. We teleport somewhere else and the voice is fine. Why should this only be an issue on mainland? thanks for any feedback on this.
