Thanks for the noun explanation that I never notice. OP didn't say she needed a parcel near the protected water. I think that is the cheapest choice if she wants 1000 prims and not too expensive. And I said OP could go to Yeeowler when she wants a long sailing journey. Whether OP buys the expensive parcel near the protected land or a cheaper water parcel, all beyond her needs.

Casperlet is very useful for rental. It provides a rent box that allows the payment and counts the renter's prim usage.

I don't know why the wanted forum doesn't allow the merchant to provide their service suitable to OP. If not, why need the wanted forum?

Thank you all for your explanation. The active scripts are hard to reduce under 7000. There usually has 4-8 avatars In the regular time. The breedable pets I know in the sim are PlantPets * 3, a Weeds Cannabis Farm, and oYo animals * 4. I've noticed the spare time: Four people 9-10ms; Eight people 7-8ms; Twelve people 5-6ms; Seventeen people 3-4ms; Twenty people 0-2ms. That is the reason I am worried. I'm afraid of heavily scripted avatars coming in and out. But if the sim keeps looking active, it seems to need people. I sometimes feel hard to keep a balance between lively playable experiences and the sim's load.

The sim Graystripe has many land sales in 1.5L$/m and a lot of abandoned lands. The neighbor sim Fireheart has open water for sailing. You can drive your boat or get in the Yava Pod boat to take a small sailing trip. If you want a longer journey, sit on the Pod to a gazebo and go for Satori Route 8 for highway travel. Or go to Satori Southern Railway Train station to rez the SLRR tram to the Yeeowler. You can rez boats in Yeeowler and sail to Bellisseria.

The sim has above 7000 active scripts: trains, pods, stores, weekly events, traffic games, sex furniture, interactive games, farms, and breedable pets. Is it possible keeping those items but stay healthy without lag?

It was sad news that Willowtail Airport had been abandoned for one week. The open water has reduced with building blocked in both southwest and southeast Satori. I hope LL adds some protected boat channels too.
