    Interesting point... maybe so. I tend to see Adult, Protected Waterfront and Double Prim lands go almost immediately, as those seem to be the bigger sellers, or rather, lands that will bring in the most money. Still, there must be some strategy for the rest of the lands... as not all lands are created equal on mainland 🙂

    The only insight I have to add (for someone reading this in the future with a similar question): If you are looking to buy (not rent) a protected waterfront parcel as abandoned, I've never had any luck getting one from LL at 1 L$ per SQM (not saying it couldn't happen, but it's never happened for me). Every time I've requested one it has gone directly over to Land Auctions: https://places.secondlife.com/auctions#0 ... and probably for good reason, they are of course, one of the most expensive pieces of land you can buy on SL, because they are highly desired ... but still, on auctions you can get lucky and that's where I'd suggest looking 🙂
