Answering incoming IMs from customers + staff members. Provide direction and be an example for the team. • Attend group meetings, meet and exceed group goals as outlined on a weekly and/or monthly basis. • Assist team members meet their goals and provide coaching. Pay: • Highly competitive base (weekly) salary + commissions (daily) + bonuses (monthly).
