3 things that work for me with Catznip
1) it has the same look and feel (menus and dialogs) as the Linden viewer, so this is good for me as I often switch between the Linden viewer and it
2) Texture preview. When we put the cursor over a folder name, even when the folder is closed, then it will display/preview the first texture in the folder. Good when have a bunch of clothing folders. Don't have to open the folder and then open the store texture to see/remember what it is
3) When open a box and copy to inventory then it creates the folder in the folder containing the box, not as a top-level Inventory folder. I find this useful when get a whole bumch of demos from Marketplace. Easy to find and easy to delete
ty... and ur right.... i will just try it out i guess. im always hesitant to try these things. Can i ask... Does Catznip have issues like... Being down, etc? I always wonder about that. And do you have an 'intel processor' or an 'AMD processor' on ur computer? The Catznip site suggests an 'AMD' which i happen to not have.

Thanks... I've been referring back to the flicker lelutka group often... its just... talk about ultra time consuming trying to locate the stuff inworld. its been a process. but I've been doing it. and i'm trying to grab demos, etc. you know... side note... I've gone to a few events that either don't have demos or the makeup items are marked wrong (and also don't have a working demo) which makes me ultra hesitant to buy. But... I'm just working through it trying to figure out what i wish my avi to look like, etc.

I just got a 'gaming' computer. And I do wish to try CATZNIP. I have heard CATZNIP viewer is 'better' for heavy shoppers like myself.
questions:
- Is there were any very specific opinions as to why CATZNIP is better for shoppers?
- I would also like to know if anyone can share with me a few great things about CATZNIP and a few bad things about CATZNIP?
- How is the SEARCH feature for inventory using CATZNIP? Is it good/ bad/ similar to the FIRESTORM inventory search feature?
- What are the main reasons you feel CATZNIP is better than FIRESTORM?
- What are the main reasons you feel CATZNIP is not better than FIRESTORM?

I've been having a little bit of a hard time with locating 'fantasy' eyes for LETLUKA RYN head...
I am new to this head. but... I'm using BOM.
i can't seem to get through on the chat function for the lelutka head group. Right now im just trying to figure out what eyes will apply and work with this head.
Does anyone know if i need a eye alpha to make the euphoric gift eyes work? i don't recall the head coming with an eye alpha. When I tried using my catwa eye alpha with the Ryn head it didn't work.
Also... Are there any other Lelutka inworld groups I can check into so i can it people up with my questions about Lelutka heads there?

if u look on the gift section for euphoric they have a nice large set for catwa lashes. i don't know what head u have.

RomanMinx... ty for the LePunk suggestion. i have not heard of them. i like getting other peoples suggestions on what works for them.
Jordan... i will check out AlaskaMetro... I'm really only familiar with their nails. I'm also hitting up Mia Bilavio for (dramatic lashes).

where would u shop for gaming computer desk sets that ARE NOT PINK or red!

I'm interested in any color NOT PINK or red but that looks cool, well designed, etc. I really want a gaming chair, desk and computer. I was looking at the MP 'bamse' set for gamer girls. But it looks like it only comes in pink... so thats a no. but the 'bamse' set does look well designed.

I just got a letlutka head... My question is about makeup...
Can anyone please share what makeup you recommend with the LETLUTKA head? I'm very interested in the following...
- LIP GLOSS very glossy gloss that comes with some type of hud.
- EYE SHADOW in different colors that covers top and under eye with color.
- DRAMATIC LASHES

That is not cool... I will speak to the owner. I have the older version on my main avi and they do not wrap around body. Maybe I can get the owner to sent me the 'old' version because thats what I thought I was getting anyway.

UPDATE.. Yes, it is SWEET THING. I've been working so much rl i'm making stupid mistakes... anyway... I did contact the owner and waiting for response. I also contacted the SWEET THING chat room and talked to a few people. I did get the wings redelivered but never got the delivery. I'm thinking that was an sl thing... It happens... This is the ad in pic attached.

Does anyone have DEMON WINGS from PRETTY THING? I have these for my alt. But when i repurchased them they don't seem to come with a thing in the folder to control the wings flapping. I want the wings to NOT come all the way forward and wrap around the chest area.
Does anything have the new DEMON WINGS from PRETTY THING who knows how to STOP the wings from wrapping around the front of the body? If so please tell me exact how you stopped with motion. Again... This is for the DEMON WINGS that are 'newer'... The older version has an extra thing in the folder to stop this motion - the newer one does not. Something would have to be done to the scripts i assume.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about where to hang out at in sl?
A couple of my hang out places have gotten closed down over last few months... I mostly like a place that is as low lag as possible while still having some people walk around while I sit working on my inventory. And I like the option to change clothes if i feel like it and maybe take a few pics... So... Its nice if the place looks interesting. I'm very very open to what type of hangouts are suggested. Seems like most of the time I end up on some type of beach or coffee shop... but again... I'm ultra open to new places. ty!

UPDATE... Thanks to everyone again for the info... I really like the dog head with the human body. I think I would go for paws on the feet for a look. I've never had a desire to create an avi like this before. But... I'm really into it now. My bf in sl did contact the photographer for me. and... she was not willing to give info on the dog head which is what I was most interested in. With everyones suggestions on here though I think I got this! smile!

I finally found a huge dining table i like so much...
I have see dining plate settings at bazaar which look fine. i was just more focused on holiday themed stuff if its out there. Or do people decorate tables with plain plates and u can always put pumpkins or whatever on the table? i'm just wondering how must people make it happen?
are there places inworld that specialize in stuff to put on dining tables for christmas, thankgiving, etc?

UPDATE...
I thought I would give update to anyone interested...
KYRIE is correct in the details. I did contact FIRESTORM on google and had an official 'fix it' ticket. And I was assisted by a firestorm rep on the official firestorm site. I worked through several areas to troubleshoot with the firestorm rep.
It turns out it was an issue with the firestorm AO in the latest version of firestorm. This is the same AO that is promoted by many utubers, etc as easy and free to use. I had a few bento arm movements I use a lot and some basic poses on the firestorm AO. It was nothing to exciting. But, what I had 'stored' on the firestorm ao caused the alt account to 'crash' as it were.
Once i deleted every single thing out of the firestorm AO the account started working again immediately. I will not use the firestorm AO again for any reason. Apparently there is a connection between the firestorm ao and the newest version of firestorm 'crashing.'
The account is now working.

UPDATE... I've been working on this firestorm issue for hours. I've reinstalled my graphic card and I've spoken to a op person on the FIRESTORM ENGLISH inworld group. I can seem to log into my main avi account. And I can log into my alt using the SL VIEWER. Upon request from the FIRESTORM group i did clear my cache and much of my teleport history. I also updated all my drivers on my computer and restarted it several times and deleted one empty AO folder in my #firestorm folder. This has not helped me log into FIRESTORM using my alt.

Its never given me so many problems ever. I really don't know what to do. A window keeps popping up as shown attached to this post. I'm using windows 10 64 bit, google chrome, internet signal good. Again.... same computer I've always used.
I was on this account earlier last night. When I went to log on again this is when the problems started.
I'm very unsure how to do a 'clean install' of FIRESTORM. I am specifically unsure how to save chats, history, etc. And I do NOT want to loose my wardrobe.
i can really use some help with this issue. Please only those with experience with this issue. ty

The neck line shows more in some environment light. I would contct genus head group and ask there. I would also speak to someone specific 2 genus heads. Did u check neck i. Diifferent lighting?

Claireschen... I am not interested in chat at this time with 'the shops.' This issue is closed for me. 'I did get the free legacy class body.. For me there are no more updates to give on this subject.'

SL video recorder issue... suggestions to fix?

I am new to making youtube videos... I'm just trying to do my thing...
And lately I have noticed an issue with the video quality of filming specifically items are MARKETPLACE and CTS WARDROBE. These 2 platforms are similar in that they are still static images on a platform with some text. When i film this the video ends up looking very blurred, very unclear. The images and text on MARKETPLACE and or CTS WARDROBE come out very unreadable and just not clear. I'm wondering why or what i can do to fix this issue? Does it have to do with the recorder not filming 'fast enough' or something? I know there is something that has to do with how many 'flips' per second or something when it has to do with game recording. Does anyone have a specific example of how 'fast' a recorder should be for gaming specifically?
I'm using firestorm by the way.
