    My ex husband had a horrible addiction to marijuana that ultimately ended our marriage. I guess that's ok though that I have to look at it and see it glorified all over because it's legal in many states??? Get a grip.

    The pictures posted on the forum are not advertising though and they aren't promoting any smoking products. They are simply one's personal pictures they are sharing with other people.  No social media platform bans personal pictures of people smoking.  I would even go as far as to say that if someone reading these forums takes up a smoking habit because they saw a picture of a avatar holding a cigarette that they should probably unplug their computer and take it back to the store. 

    You "concern" about this is ridiculous.

    So are we to deduce from this logic that it might not be a good idea to have you posting a picture of yourself with a different girl in each picture. Doesn't that give the impression that it's ok to hop around with a different woman each day? See how silly that is? The person isn't actually smoking in the picture. They are only holding it. Should we assume that they are smokers?

    This has got to be the dumbest conversation I've seen on the forums so far.

    This sounds far fetched. Are you talking about the  United States Social Security account online? I've never had to show a picture of my first born let alone the front and back of the picture to get into my account.  Besides the back of the picture would mostly like be blank.  How would they even verify that? It's not like they have pictures of everyone's children on file for verification. LOL. Did they want a baby picture or a grown up picture or what?

    All you do is answer security questions and they confirm the information via your credit report. Even when signing up initially. I've forgotten my password and simply did a password reset. Granted the requirements are very strict as to what they allow for a password. 

    I hope this was said as a joke because it's simply not true.

    I am around many child avatars being a member of the beYou community.  For the most part the child avatars stay in RP character and don't voice or come out of their RP character. I can't say that I've run into any Pedophiliac behavior EVER.   beYou is very strict when it comes to child avatars. Their group chat and discord is PG and they don't tolerate any BS. If they show up at the community sim they are treated like children and interacted with like children.  I don't see a problem with it. I see it only as a RP opportunity just like a vampire or a Dog or Cat avatar or any other type of avatar that isn't strictly an adult human.  I have an alt account that is a child but when I take that alt out I am the one controlling the avatar and interacting with my main avatar.  It can be a fun RP opportunity and that is all I see it as.  As long as they stay in character I find it can be a lighthearted and fun type of RP.

    You are going to have to contact support and submit a support ticket with Second Life. These are user forums and no one here can restore anything in your account.  Here is the link

    This will work if you are careful and pay attention. I have deleted things without paying attention to the notice that says "At least one of the items you have selected is locked. Are you sure you want to delete these items" So it will allow you to delete it but will give you a warning. It usually happens when I am doing mass changes to a region.

    It's always funny to see what level of toleration someone has that does no harm to them whatsoever. I just set my land to "no payment info" to not be allowed and they stopped. If it's your home sim then I assume you are not open to the public and most people you would know that were coming to your land. Just put them on the allowed always list and forget about it.  No need to get so bent out of shape it has you swearing. LOL

I have never even noticed when I'm in world who is a premium account holder and who is a free account holder, unless of course I'm visiting them in a linden home which then makes it obvious.  You are getting the same level and quality of support as premium members. I doubt that LL looks at an account and says to themselves "well, they are just a basic account so we aren't going to fix that for them" Yes, it might take longer to get to your issue but again, you are getting the service for free.

    My grocery store offers delivery for groceries. If you pay for a delivery subscription of $99/year you get free delivery and the ability to choose express delivery in under two hours for an add'l $10. If you don't have the subscription then express delivery isn't even offered.  I pay for that subscription because it's a convenience for me.
