Holy Roman Empire?! They’re actually a different people just like their Eastern sister, the Byzantine Empire. They are primarily Franks, Germans, Gauls, etc. The Holy Roman Empire was the Pope’s attempt to revive the original Roman Empire by crowning Charlemagne as Emperor. They’re not the same people because they had different religions, government, etc. Ancient Rome was not Roman Catholic at all. Their religion was Roman Mythology, which included Jupiter, Venus, Neptune, Mars, etc. They, at first, had a Republican government until they switched to emperors.

Me? I don’t know what to talk about, so I talk about stuff that I like.

Probably because people are rarely interested in the Roman Empire.

I noticed a pattern that everyone here teases me about St. Helena! Reading those jokes actually gives me the giggles. I do plan to start a blog like that someday. Alas, I barely have time, so I’ll do it when I have the time.

Ok, I understand. I’ll try to approach different ideas with an open mind while learning about interesting things from others. I actually find other ideas quite interesting and try to implement some of their elements into my own. i don’t get why people treat furries in a bad way. They didn’t do anything wrong for loving animals and nature. I don’t see anything wrong with them. Whenever I meet someone, I only judge depending on their personalities and behaviors, not the fact that they are furries, bronies, pegasisters, LGBTQ, etc. I won’t mind about their orientations as long as they’re friendly.

That's exactly what I would do when I talk about politics. I want to know if that's ok to spread my political ideas here because I don't want to get banned from here just because someone got mad at my ideas or something.

That's nice. Learning about them is interesting, indeed.

Well, the people changed it. I just saw that the forums sent me a message. Yesterday, it was under the "Your Avatar" section, but I couldn't change it after I made the question. I didn't know how to change the section. Ah, ok. I understand. I won't post anything like that.

I am wondering how many friends here either love or hate the Roman Empire? I know that some people here may share interests about the Roman Empire and how the twin bothers, Romulus and Remus were nursed by a mother wolf near the land the Roman Empire would be born. Romulus killed his brother, Remus, bathed in his blood, and founded Rome. Before Rome, there were the Etrucians and the Etrucian kings. After the Roman Empire expanded its lands, their power became shaky and split into Eastern Roman Empire and Western Roman Empire. Their end had come later on. Here is my quick opinion about it. Hopefully, some of you here may share something in common with other commentaires here. The more I read or watch stuff about Rome, the more I wish that the empire was still around. The fall of the Roman Empire makes me very sad because it meant it's the end of a great empire. However, going to Roman-themed places make me fall in love with them instantly because I have this strong unexplainable affection towards the Roman Empire. I can't explain why and I still can't explain about my strong affection of Rome. It's a long story. Architecture, government, great emperors, generals, military, etc.

I tried to change the tab where my question was posted from avatar to a different tab because I posted it in the avatar thing on accident. I didn't see that tab option where you choose the topic file that the question fits in. Ok, I understand that politics is probably not allowed in Second Life, so I changed my mind about talking about it here and decided to talk about different subjects instead.

Ok, what if it's a paragraph about how the government is manipulated by someone else or ways to improve education or healthcare? Are those acceptable topics to talk about? Ok, I will make sure that the discussions are appropriate if that's ok with people on here.

That's a good thing. I've noticed that one of my cousins graduated college last year. When he did, he had time to himself and had no homework to do. All he had to do was to fill up applications. While he wasn't filling up applications, I caught him watching Youtube videos about cats and gerbils while my aunt (his mom) reminded him to fill up job applications. Both of my aunt's children are already grown up. Retirement? Ah, ok. Yes, it will take forever for me because it's only about half a century that's left. Now it makes me wonder about the technology by then.

I understand that politics is an extremely sensitive topic for most people on both the web and in real life. I am wondering if it is ok to talk about politics in Second Life? If not, what are the consequences that will happen to your Second Life account? Will you get banned or something? I've witnessed that the banning happens often in virtual worlds and websites for children and teens, but I am curious if that same rule applies to here.

Let’s play a quick teasing game.

I know. Semitic religions did tell stories about some of their prophets and characters being enslaved by the Romans and somehow finding better lives after ending their lives as a slave. -

The hat is called a bicorn. It's worn the wrong way. The right way to wear it was supposed to be from back to front instead of sideways. A comic's meme in the 70's? Hmm... I've never heard of that before, but I did read about "Napoleon Complex." I just read all 3 of the links. They're funny. The last one with the comic about Wellington being 100 feet tall is even funnier!
