  1. it is neither bd nor a real store just a short street with buildings
  2. nice! I am struggling with working on one of my alts the way it doesn’t actually copy my main too much and yet the way I still like it and I find it so hard. The other alt, the oldest sister, remains untouched because I simply don’t know what to do with her.
  3. Orwar, at least it is changing - what I can see is rain, and rain and some more rain. And guess what - it rained today again.
  4. Thanks, Zeta. It took me 3 months, almost 4, and a new head (Piper, as I mentioned) and new skin and shape from Glam Affair found on skin fair. I believe these might be intended to be used with Korina but with some slight modifications I prefer them on Piper. My first impression was that she got a pixie look without a pixie cut. And thanks flowersforkain, I will definitely check the settings once again to find out if the shape can be more neutral. Genus heads are lovely, I still like them so much, but I really miss the Aloof animation from Lelutka hud
  5. of course. I am not sure if this was only my impression or it was a real change but I felt like the faces became kind of more heavy and wide, especially when it comes to the jaw line and chin and it was quite hard to modify. I used the same shape and skin for Simone and Cate up to 3.0 and then 3.3 and somehow it felt too different. I tried to switch to other heads - especially that I had some saved settings and shapes for them, just in case I wanted a new one - and they also looked a little differently, heavier and wider.
  6. although I am happy with Genus heads, I've been struggling to bring back my favorite look with Lelutka's head. I had been using Lelutkas from my rez day, non bento and bento - mostly because I like their huds and animations more than any other - but had to give up after update to v3.3 because I didn't like it at all. But finally I have found a nice skin which combined with Piper head gives me the look I like.
  7. Great pic! And again, you are reading my mind - this is what I was going to buy / wear / and plan a picture with!
  8. that's accidental pic actually, but I like it.
  9. noooooo, please, I have just bought them I really need chairs.
  10. Thank you It's Valentina E, but from what I can see, not available on marketplace, only in world. Careful, there are so many nice things in that store
  11. I live in a city where it rains a lot, sometimes even almost horizontally, so my RL style is mostly based on simple clothes weather-appropriate and it changes in a cycle as the weather does. Additionally I am not very fashion oriented, I don’t follow any trends, fashion bloggers, portals, magazines etc, I know nothing about famous designers (except that they exist) and their styles. I keep it simple but play with colors and patterns a lot. My only addiction is shoes, and I am obsessed with 3 brands (Melissa anyone?), otherwise I don’t really care about the brands or designers. I keep my hair long, blonde (occasionally pink or purple) and simple and wear minimum makeup. Totally hate jewelry and all other accessories, except glasses. My SL somehow reflects that, except the addition to shoes - here I am more addicted to buying hair, although in most cases they are all similar and blonde. I don’t need any radical or dramatic changes of my avatar appearance, I usually stick to the look I like most for weeks or even months. I always buy things that I really, really like and I know I would wear them in RL as well if I could. Of course in SL I can do more due to the fact I don’t really need to pay attention to the weather (although I like to match the outfit with the sim I hang out on) or there are simply more options and possibilities, but still I always select only perfect matches and keep it simple and not overdone. SL outfit is always dependent on my current mood, I usually know more or less what I am going to wear. When it comes to SL inspiration, it is mostly what I see here in our favorite thread and you girls and women of SL, especially Taya @Angelina String who I somehow consider my fashion and style twin sister
  12. Yesterday I was invited to my friend's friend wedding and it took couple of hours so today it is time for well deserved home spa
  13. we definitely need a Boudoir hair pic together!
  14. it sure does! are you buying one, Scylla? I meant the Miss Autumn outfit of course
  15. this is amazing and what a coincidence, I bought exacly the same costume but I matched it with red hair
  16. actually it is alive, it comes in 3 colours (black, pink and white) and every colour in 2 versions - the one I am wearing which just swings nicely in motion and the other one called tentacles and they actually move by themselves. But I am not sure if I shoud introduce you to the store... There aren’t many hairdos but soooo many costiumes! And I saw the costume trend that @BelindaN started but if you are curious, find Boudoir
  17. Happy International Women's Day! We are all wonderful and even a bad hair day won't stop us! pssst... there are SO.MANY.GREAT.HAIR at Collabor88!!!
  18. I don't remember that much because I didn't stay that long in SL with my first avi. That was in 2007, I remember having long, looooong flexi hair which looked amazing in motion, big shopping malls and a club Odds & Ends where I used to hang out and found some friends. They had dance pads which paid avatars for dancing on them and there was always a fight for the blue pad which paid like 50 or 60 lindens per hour funny coincidence is that my first avi and current avi were rezzed the same month, almost the same day (15th and 16th of Jan)
