Not being a fan of mayo or fish/seafood, I'll stick with ebelskivers.
One of my son-in-laws is Danish and has a manual ebelskiver pan. When they were staying with us for awhile, he used to make ebelskivers for everyone on the weekends. That is one thing I miss since they've moved out to their own place.

Caiman may be the name of one of the jungle sims you're referring to - it's one of 6 (I think) LL wilderness/jungle sims that are all together in a block with a river running through them. I'm not sure if they're a premium only area or not.

Where? What did I miss? Those are fun! And sad.
That info .... will cost you an arm and a leg
Perhaps it will even out and not seem as bad to me as it does right now - or perhaps it's just me.

You might also want to check the FabFree Blog group gift listing. When looking at ads or vendor pictures, be sure to look for the symbol that says classic avatar.
The FabFree blog site also has a listing for free items for avatars under 30 days old.

I know that I have purchased things that have bad LOD's, either because I see it when I use them, or because they come with one of those NC's about setting the LOD setting in debug to some high number. Because of this, I generally have my LOD setting at 3 (but no higher than that). Objects which end up irritating me with where they break down at that setting and the distance I generally want to view them at, end up getting deleted (or at least not used).
Having picked up a lot of information over the last several years from reading in the forum, I had learned that it's not a "just the way it is - creator's have no choice" type of situation and that having a high setting for the LOD value in the viewer does affect performance, so I am a bit irritated when I buy something that comes with one of those type of NC's, especially when it suggests really high numbers like 8 or 10.
I'm pretty much at a point now where I don't really need to buy things, so this might be a good time to start taking a harder look at what I do have and how well it is made, and then start looking for better made replacements for items I have that come up short.
I'm not as concerned about LI of objects now as I used to be, partly because of the increase LL made to the base LI allowance awhile ago, and partly because I am fortunate to be able to rent or own land with a sufficient LI allowance for me to feel comfortable with. Now I'm starting to be more concerned about is an object copy/mod so that I can delete sizing and texture change scripts after putting an object out and configuring it.
I think with the additions to the build menu in FS, and their change in how they handle the setting, more people will become aware of the issue, and hopefully creators will take note and make some changes to how they build items in the future. I think that I need to pay more attention as well when I'm out shopping, and definitely start setting my LOD to a lower value while shopping.

I have no problem with the ingredients of mayo individually. Mayo itself, though, does not agree with me. Even just smelling it turns my stomach. I can eat potato salad or deviled eggs which likely have mayo in them, but only when they also clearly have mustard and their color is more on the yellow side. (Though after seeing that image above of the Japanese mayo made with just egg yolks, which has a yellow color, I may have to work a bit harder to convince my brain.)
In the area where I live, it is not customary for hotdogs to be served with mayo on the bun. We have found at least two counties on the other side of the state, where if you order a hotdog it comes automatically with mayo on the bun, and if you express surprise at that, the waitperson is surprised that you're surprised at that.

I tend to agree. Instead of doing the graceful thing which would have been saying "Oh yeah! I forgot to update the age on my RL profile page after my birthday. Yes, I'm 18 now. Thanks for the reminder" all she did was lash out at everyone.
I had seen some of the exchange during the middle of the night, but not all, I don't think. I was just going back to catch up, when I noticed the entire post was gone.

For furniture using off-the-shelf scripts (e.g., AVsitter, nPose, etc), the end user can generally adjust prop positioning, but it requires some effort and some knowledge of how to specify those positions to the script. There are tools that can help and instructions, but it may seem a bit daunting at first.
Possibly encouraging: as long as the object itself is modifiable, any script-readable notecard inside can be copied and replaced, regardless of its permissions, by having a script read it to chat for copy-and-paste. (I wrote a simple script that instead loads the notecard contents in a browser, to make it a bit easier.)
Thanks for the information. These might be a little more than I want to take on right now, but it's nice to know that there may be things that can be done, if I get to the point where I'm ready to dig into it some more.
