    And don't get me wrong I feel for anyone who's still affected by that but we can't move forward with new shiny things when we are still stuck in the muddy swamp of the past with both feet, trying to pull us forward with grasping for shiny new tree branches. 

    We would just end up ripping them branches off to drown with us in the mud.

    I guess it beats "all caps", and at least wasn't against a blinding white background, all in one paragraph as a single run-on sentence with no punctuation and bad spelling. Could be worse.

    Yes here too mostly XD but the machine with the REALLY huge gumballs had for some reason those rare bouncy balls XD I loved bouncy balls back then so I wasn't unhappy for too long x3

    (today I know what fun it is when you have kids that collect them...slipping on them in the middle of the night is worse than stepping on Legos...and the adrenaline keeps you awake for at least an hour after the near death moment 😂😂)

    Same for me but ..Such a long post was clearly well considered and worded just as they intended to. And reading the things Ruth posted here I think, that's just the way this person is x3

    Probably the OP didn't get a hug in a very long time, so some small part of me feels sorry for them.

    I have MANY thoughts after reading that propaganda pamphlet, but non my grandmother would agree that I use them in public...and non that wouldn't get **** any ways. 

    Do you have slogans already for the good world people? Will they wear uniforms with armbands? And will we put a sign on the non good world people, so that the important people can be warned of them from far away?

    You should be ashamed how can one take that much time of their day to write such crap on here? SL was always diverse and inclusive, that's one their biggest upsides. I think I never read something more disgusting on this forum.

    I hope for you it's just trolling otherwise you are probably a very lonely person in RL.

    Patch is silent although he got tagged (he usually always at least gives a short statement), no mole ever showed up in the threads not even to moderate. So I assume they got told to stay silent on this or they just purely also don't agree.

    This whole thing smells like wolf ... Oberwolf ;)

    But this is all just my assumption x3 because LL with their non answer leaves me enough room to speculate :)

    I agree with everything you said about the casino- it's extremely lame, confusing to newbies an overall terrible. I did enjoy the little animations. Anyone who wants to play games for prizes should head over to Merrymount. Their little fair games are fun and give cute little prizes.

    Aww that name made me smile when I saw it tho 💜 and Christmas alt gives me ideas haha

    I will go and visit Merrymount later, totally forgot about that since RL work days were wild the last 2 weeks.

    But not today ..today is mother's day and I have 3 kids, 20, 11 and the little one turned 2 last month. And all three are VERY dedicated to celebrating this day... 😂 I sneaked in the bathroom for 5 free minutes, they have planned every minute today (park, Restaurant, cake...), it's the cutest to see how serious they are about it and they won't let me do ANYthing today they even knocked at the door just now asking if I needed some help there XD

    Gambling never was my thing though; my trips to the casino really were to take advantage of the complementary food and drinks, and enjoy watching the local Chinatown restaurant owners gamble away the stacks of money they piled up on the tables. I played roulette once, lost £20, and that was that. My employer at the time had company membership for entertaining clients so we got free access. Personally I preferred the health club though with its underground, Roman-style swimming pool, steam room, etc. Working there had its perks.

    I honestly get bored too easily by such things like gambling, and the atmosphere in such establishments is also not mine. So I never really understood the attraction either XD

    Re the "Where can I trade tokens into $L?" question, not surprising it would arise, a cash-out option would seem to be implied by the "Casino" label and the fact the devices aren't free to play. But I'm imagining consultation with counsel: "What are they gonna do? Sue us for US$ 44 ? Or class-action us for US$ 440? Go ahead and play your little 'Casino' game, see if I care!"

    I thought maybe the 500 starter tokens are handled differently than the 120 daily ones, I wouldn't be too surprised if the daily ones just resetted daily...knowing LL XD that's what I meant

    I spent there longer than wanted yesterday because the was a nice tiny playing also Black Jack, and while I was there I think at least 3 people asked something similar to "Where can I trade tokens into $L?" so they are NOT making this clear enough!

     

    **although you can never make anything clear enough so everyone gets it tho lol but I found he quota rather high!
