I remember touring the Log Homes preview, and thinking that they looked kind of bland inside and difficult to furnish, then the homes were released and right away creators were offering additions and Belli peeps were showing their furnished homes and landscaped yards, and wow what a difference! Wound up with several versions over time of warm, colorful and cozy log homes that I was very happy with. So when I got the same feeling about the Chalets, how am I going to make these look like home, I knew not to worry Coincidentally I found a store yesterday who sells Tudor Chalet Cottages AND windmills! The cottages have cute stone cladding on the outside...mullioned windows...and warm beams inside. See interior/exterior pics below for inspiration!

I was expecting a Sunday morning "abandon fest for the possible stilts" but it has been quiet lol. I accidentally got this a minute ago, it is a beautiful location...will re-release at 8 am On a related note, if anyone uses Firestorm and knows of any tricks to lessen or eliminate the "stripe" in the ocean where there are different water levels, please let me know! I have tried the official viewer with the same result. Am running the Beta EEP version of Firestorm...thanks!

Minnie was nice enough to come and set the fireplace set for sale right way...so it is available now...while there I also got some very nice looking 2 prim curtains that are texture changing and modifiable! Now to unpack lol.. Thanks again Loretta!

Loretta String your Alderley is beautiful and I love the stone fireplace, went to BellaRose and the Marketplace looking for it with no luck, could you share the creator? I am decorating a sandy Alderley too in light colors and the fireplaces I have all look kinda heavy or too modern....

I have been wondering about the two Stilt house options, over land and over water, how that will be implemented on the land page. The two options could show up as 2 distinct homes on the first land page, or there could be an intermediate page after Stilt Home is selected where you pick the over land or over water sub-type. Adding this extra level of complexity might require more testing....just musing while waiting for something to happen...

Am releasing an extremely cute, east facing green Domingos on the harbor, it has shared stairs to a private walkway, and a gate in the hedge leading to a secret path down to the public pool below!! Will be releasing a houseboat today or tomorrow at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Fourze/248/60/23 , there is a Windlass between this boat and the lighthouse, but if you derender the entire boat and pretend it is not there, the view is magical The doors are open on the boat and security is off so feel free to go get a feel for the location. Note that only 2 houseboat models, Windlass and Barnacle, face toward the lighthouse. Message me here or in world if you are interested and we can arrange a time.
