"The Maze" is a pretty cool combat dungeon-type sim. You start above ground and proceed downwards figuring out puzzles and fighting (Hard) monsters

An Idea to Combat Users Who Harass
Frawmusl replied to Darla Hadisson's topic in General Discussion Forum
Eh but it will also deter a lot of other users. Not everyone has acess to have their info on file, some don't even have payent info they can put on file. It was a good though, but Im not so sure I'd want to pay just to try a game..Without even a trial? Best thing to do is use the block/mute imo -
Then you might want to consider waiting until the 10th of next month to get land?

Well I know you can favorite items, Just look below the "Add to cart" or "Buy now" and there should be a favorite button on that sidebar too.

Half past never? Some avis go offline for two years, come back and everything is fine. Some more I've heard, I don't think you should worry all too much.

What are some ways creepers can get your info?
Frawmusl replied to OoJesusoO's topic in General Discussion Forum
So long as you keep images of yourself away from SL and same with personal info etc, theres not much creepers can do. Images are a super easy thanks to googles new image search, plop that in..happens to be your FB photo too BAM they have your facebook and a ton of person info :\ Just be smart and be safe -
I'm in a similar boat, I've got a lot of people on my friends list...Yet I can be online for eight hours without a single one of them IM me. Typically only IM'd for help or asked to make something for someone.. It kinda sucks, but I can relate ^.^ Its hard to connect in SL, even crowded clubs are silent because everyone is in IMs rather than wating to take part in the nonexistant conversation..Its a bit strange. Welcome to the forum community! -stabs a badge into you- there, that will do nicely

Suggestions on materials implementation in SL
Frawmusl replied to Maxwell Graf's topic in Building and Texturing Forum
I agree with a lot said here, but I have been able to achive normal mapping results that are noticeble without specular mapping? So on that single point I'll disagree ^.^ But as of now... Yeah SL is heading to a slippery place with specular mapping (Pun intended) -
Couple days later Is it... Is it impossible to find hair that won't shoot you up 50,000+ on the arc?

Currently looking for someone to do some blogging for me.. Though It does not look like you have your link available on your profile. Best of luck with the search

Have you imported the bones/model of the avatar to Daz? If not you are working with more bones than SL has available which will explain the difference in animation. Google and find the model to import, use that. You may have to rework your animation But it will be more accurate to what you see in Daz next time you bring it to SL

After updating my game, Now when i press Q it exits.

Well I know you're not going to use any other viewers, but most other viewers lag a lot less than the SL one, Singularity for instance -
Problem of alpha mask, transparency and material viewer
Frawmusl replied to Laurent Bechir's topic in Mesh
HA I KNEW POSTING THAT WOULD HELP need to change alpha mode and turn it off blending -
Well.. It would still be nice to compile a list of resources on the forum or somewhere easy to access for the beginners who are searching for such?
-
I fixed it just for you
-
Well since it was just launched today, Lets get a long list of tips and tricks going! I'll edit this post as it goes on and on Programs For Materials: http://ssbump-generator.yolasite.com/ #1 Make sure you set alpha mode to something besides alpha blending for most diffuse textures. It causes the object to bleed into others and looks a bit like its normals are messed #2 Exhaggerate and test! From what it seems you have to exhaggerate a lot to get a decent result in SL. Compared to what your Blender render or GLSL shading shows, It is quite reduced in SL! #3 There is no need for specular maps on everything. Why would wood be shiney and wet looking, Its wood! Except for extremely polished beeswax wood.

You should be more careful when making direct purchases on the MP, Search the names of the people who wrote the reviews. Most have unfilled profiles and are less than a month old, Which means it was probably the person who was looking to scam you out of your lindens. There is little chance of you getting your money back, file a support ticket, but other than that you should have been more careful originally

RainbowChrysanthemum wrote: @Subjects responsible for poses, props, locations, and everything else save actual photo-taking and editing For 1,500 L and the subject has to do all that work? You might want to consider revising your prices until you supply more than just the camera for the customer (this also needs to be moved to the inworld employment forum)

Well that pricing is for half an hour of a lesson? Its not me doing professional work but rather teaching basic meshing to new users who are interested in it. I haven't decided what to charge for custom work, I still don't exactly have a "Set" price for anything and I really need to look into what people my "order" from me before I decide how long it will take and what the average prices will be for each. 12~15 an hour sound pretty fair, but Im not sure if each project will be completed as quickly as I'd like. So would you charge before you work or upon completion? If its upon completion the customer might end up not paying at all due to its price :\?
