  1. We are here all day today, so why not just ask Fashion Related Questions, we may be able to help with.
  2. I agree them doing so here is a first step, but I would love to see it on peoples own blogs. I also agree not only much easier, but every language has its own fun way of expressing things, ways to joke about something or special words or phrases that mean more in your own language than any translation can do. Maybe people can even do both languages on their blogs if they want to, it is also great for them to learn, and to help others learn, when certain words become more and more familiar. xoxSasyxox
  3. Aiya please let us know your language so that maybe someone can find someone to help you. I wish you much luck.
  4. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Featured-News/Fashion-Expert-Sasy-Scarborough-Getting-More-from-your-Look/ba-p/1111687 You will find my Fashion Expert Post there, I hope you enjoy and can comment and join me and others today for this event in the forums. Thank you
  5. Over the years it has become more important to me as a resident, to want to see more done in peoples own language. I for one can only imagine how hard it must be coming to Second Life and getting completely lost in all that is English. I do not speak any other language but english, but would love to see Fashion bloggers especially take their own blogs to their roots. During Hair Fair I encouraged one blogger to do all her posts in her own language and it looked amazing, and I can imagine was really nice for those that do speak limited english from her country. I also spoke to Ayla Verity this very mornting on the subject, encouraging her to do a fashion blog in Dutch, I mean look how many dutch designers we have. Also how amazing would it be for the designer to be spoken well of in their own tongue. I also think that more languages means possibly more new residents, and that is even more of a plus. What do you think? would you like to see more fashion blogging done in your native language? a mix of both ? or are you fine how it is ? xoxSasyxox
  6. Yay, wonderful post, I really do like the colour combo. People really need to see what you do create here, because the way your mind influences your build mode always amazes me . xoxSasyxox
  7. Glasses, not just sunglasses but more reading glasses for men and women. Hats of course and hat/hair which I love. more anklets now that we have so many attachments and a broader range of Costume Jewelry, not made to be real but chunky fake gems and stuff you buy to go clubbing in. xoxSasyxox
  8. Wanting to share the incredible creativity of Second Life, but also sometimes it can be a movie or tv show, a character within them, or just a sense of what I am watching. I also like to search for old magazine layouts, and though I never achieve those kinds of looks it inspires me to push ahead and do as much as I can with a post. Great pics Iris xoxSasyxox
  9. Does that make me a centrefold? and where exactly did you put that staple hugs lots, thank you for sharing your favourites and giving the reasons ♥ I love reading blogs in Second Life, ones on fashion ones about the grid and so on. I love that a post of anyones can just jump off your screen and make your day, and add to your wardrobe in many cases. I am so glad that SL has given all of us such a wonderful resource to share in this manner. xoxSasyxox
  10. Great advice, and great pics. It is also really important that designers do include their store info in their picks, but if they are going to include picks of others that they number them and make sure their store is 1. and always at the top. xoxSasyxox
  11. hi Felicity, it's a beautiful picture and all round look. Thank you for sharing xoxSasyxox
  12. hi, I just wanted to say that I am looking forward to this event, and am so happy people will be doing posts in their own languages. I am so hoping that that sticks with many, and people realise that as long as information is available in English, the native languages will probably reach a completely new audience, and encourage future fashionistas from your own country to Join Second Life too. xoxSasyxox http://www.sasypants.com/
  13. I am so looking forward to this event, it is an honor to have been asked. Hope you can join us on all the days myself and fellow fashion bloggers are here. xoxSasyxox
  14. you can also try changing your bald base often that fixes it immediately...strange but true
  15. Content creators have modded and added their own incredible work to skins and make ups, giving unique RP and arty as well as everyday looks. These items will be 50L ONLY until 3rd April http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/The%20Deck/174/32/22
  16. If it isn't attachments, you may have actually chosen an option of logging out in your preferences that have you logging out in a much lower time slot if inactive, and as that would probably start as you log in, it's timing you out too fast. Go to Ctrl P before logging in, and check the General Tab Then look for away time out, it has a drop down, you can choose never, it may have been moved to two minutes or something. Fingers crossed. xoxSasyxox
  17. I used to do it that way and it is such a waste of time, and you lose some money along the way. Sell your lindens through LL and when they are converted into USD leave them there, LL will take from your USD balance before charging your credit card, so then all that is coming from your CC is the outstanding amount...I wish I had known about this way the first 6 months, I was selling, sending to paypal and then to my bank in Aus and then paying into my CC for them to take it back.
