  1. Its bad enough getting spam on my.secondlife.com from these people, I eventually switched off my feed to stop it, BUT now I am being contacted inworld via IMs. I sent an abuse report but I doubt anything will be done about it. Is this happening to anyone else.
  2. Thanks for your replies. I teleported to another region and still got the same message. I then got my partner to send the money and he got the same message, so it looks like its on her side. The customer isn't online yet, so hopefully we can get it sorted out when she is. Thanks again :matte-motes-smile:
  3. Hi, I'm trying to refund a customer. I've tried a couple of times now and keep getting the message 'Failed to Pay (Avatar Name) L$XX' I've got the funds in my account and I've paid an alt (whose not on my friends list) and it worked. I've also refreshed my account a few times to see if the money has gone (and it hasn't). Any ideas anyone? Thanks
  4. I have had this for a while now and its driving me nuts. It got a lot worse since the latest FS update 4.4.2. I have done everything that was requested and still the same. :matte-motes-frown:
  5. She is adorable, my neighbour use to have a sausage dog and he used to chase the milk float down the street (we're going back some years), it was so funny he used to look like he was hovering above the ground. Harvey look gorgous too, glad to hear he's making a recovery :smileyhappy:
  6. Thanks for your reply Innula. I've now raised a Bug Report and can only hope that 1) I've done it right! and 2) LL might look at it. If anyone wants to vote, the link is below. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-1386 Thanks again
  7. This happened last year and I thought it had been sorted out but apparently not. It seems to have happened since yesterdays restart. Is anybody else had the same problem? I've raised a ticket but I aint holding my breath!:matte-motes-angry:
  8. As quickly as it started, its stopped. After I had renamed all my scripted 'objects' I will still getting the warning messages hours later. The only thing that I did differently was too reset a cuddle rug (the balls were both white), this still didn't stop the warning messages. Next day I logged on the warnings had stopped! I can only think it was the cuddle rug and for some reason it took a while for it to kick in. I just would like to say a big thanks to you all for answering my message. Take Care Amanda :matte-motes-grin:
  9. Just an update. I have finally finished using the World >> Region Details >> Debug >> Top Scripts to find all my objects. It took me a good few hours :matte-motes-stress:. There are no scripted items named 'object' of mine left on the sim. Yet I'm still getting the messages. I am now wondering if a sim restart could solve the problem.
  10. I used both Firestrom and the Official SL viewer, both came up with nothing Looks like I'm going to have to use the World - Regions - Top Scripts and look for 'object' Thanks again for your help, at least this has taught me a lesson. 'Always rename scripted objects' :smileyfrustrated:
  11. Hi, and thanks for replying. I got the co-ordinates by showing the script errors in local chat, then clicked on the error and it gave me the coordinate and I used the map then teleported to the location <- (not sure why I did that because I could see it was 0,0,0 lol). I'm fairly sure this happened after the last rolling restart last week.
  12. Hi, I keep getting this message over and over again..its driving me batty! Its got so bad I've had to switch the warning message off. Object: Script trying to stop animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set Object: Script trying to trigger animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set It only happens on my sim, I've unattached everything, I've even got the coordinates of the the offending object (0,0,0) which is no help at all. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Amanda
  13. Same here. My sim isn't showing any of my shops or Rental business in the 'everything' search. The only thing is shows is the Groups. There is a Jira associated with this problem :- https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4678 Hopefully they will sort this out soon, or else more and more people are going to have to 'throw the towel in'
  14. This has been happening on my sim too. I think LL are doing some maintenance this morning so hopefully it might come back. If it still doesn't come back send a notecard to the merchant, I'd put a link or a copy of this discussion in the forum as well, it might help. It doesn't cost the merchant anything to send you another copy and in my opinion is good customer service.
  15. Hi, and thanks for responding. I have raised a support ticket and got a reply from the support team. They suggested that I made sure the IMs to email was ticked etc and sent me a load of links to the Wiki. Its obvious that they didn't read my ticket as I had pointed out that I did receive one offline IM (therefore my settings were right!). I just hope that they read it again and look to see if the problem is with my sim. Thanks again
  16. Hi, Just wondered if anyone else was having this problem. Any offline IMs sent from my sim don't go to my email, but if they are sent from another sim they do!. Its not just me, a friend tested it and the same happened with him.
  17. Thanks for replying Innuta, I will certainly look at the scripts and the poseball object within the furniture and ask the group for any advice. I don't think I'll get far with the ticket either, but I was so frustrated at wasting another morning checking all the beds!. Thank again for your reply.
  18. Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this. Everytime my sim is restarted some of the animated furniture (mostly beds) stops working. The menu comes up but the poseballs don't appear. The only way I can fix them is reset or re rezz them and then they work fine. I noticed at the last restart that the ones that were broke were the ones with the poseballs out (active). This has never happened before and its only since the recent restarts the problem has started. I have raised a case, but I won't be holding my breath as it took 2 weeks for them to even look at the last one.
  19. @ Pamela, this is happening to me since the last two restarts. I have to go round my rentals and re rezz some of the beds for them to work. The weird thing is that some are ok and others aren't. There is no logic to it at all and now there is another restart, lovely!!! another day spent resetting everything. @ Blaze I don't have an option but to use the MLP freebie system, scipting is beyond me lol Added after restart today 22/06/11 The sim has restarted now and the same has happened, however this time I've noticed that the beds that need re rezzing are the ones who poseballs were active.
  20. I've got the same problem, think its to do with the Inventory server Maintenance today.
  21. Still not any better on my sim, LL restarted my sim whilst I was sleeping last night and its worse. I've no idea how many prims the tenants have placed and they can't use the prim counters because they aren't accurate. Not happy :matte-motes-crying:
  22. Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Talked to Live Chat yesterday and they said restart, which I did and ended up with more prims available. Its nice to know its not just me, but its a pain in the neck keeping a tab on my residents prims!!
  23. On 24th May I had about 1500 prims available on my sim. When I logged on 27th May I had 5081 available. Nothing has changed at all and nothing is missing from the sim. Whats more weird about this is that when I checked a residents prim usage (on about land options ) it said he had placed 1 prim, yet when I clicked on his items it said they came to 6 prims and whats more unusual is that after I had clicked on his prims they are now showing correctly as 6. Its as if I have to click on residents prims to make them show in the land options. Anyone else had this problem. Any help would be appreciated :)
