Why is there no remove in shopping cart. I've tried on different browsers and am not finding it.

Tried to remove an item from shopping cart in both chrome and opera and the option to remove is not revealing itself at all.

 

When I try to edit the quantity or go back to change anything I get this screen.

Can't you just change the quantity to zero?

Why do you even try to use the cart? It's horrible broken anyway and often forgets to deliver items while taking your money!

Hello Kyleyla and welcome to SL Forums. It is a known bug which affects some residents (no all). As CommerceTeam Linden reports here, is suggested to submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> General Marketplace Issues. Report the problem there, include a pic with your shopping cart and wait for a reply.

I'm having the same issue.   I can't access it to change anything.  I've tried different browsers as well as cleared my browser cache and relogging.  I submitted a ticket, but I have yet to hear anything.  I've used the shopping cart many times in the past without any issues, but since a lot of people claim it's flawed, I think I just might use the 'buy now' option.   Sadly a lot of the items I have in the cart, I can't find in world.
