Gregg Torgeson
Has anyone any ideas about how to reduce the size of the camera control window? It needs to be about 1/3 of the size it is now and does not have any re-size tab onthe corner...
Tymmerie Thorne
I wish I knew - but I am commenting on this thread just in case someone has a solution. I hate how big it is too.
Jean Horten
Resizing is not availble in LL Viewers, you'd need to use a TPV to be able to do so....
LoveAngeL Lyre
Hello Gregg. You can diminish UI size under Preferences --> Advanced in V3.
Gregg Torgeson
Hmm - I'll try that - but I thnk that reduces ALL of the UI panels if I remember.. might work! but that makes the text in the other windows way small -- I was hoping that there was some XML code for the camera window only. But thanks that does help!
Six Igaly
Why don't you switch to using mouse and ctrl-alt keys? It is so much faster and easier IMO (at least after some practicing :matte-motes-big-grin-wink:)
Gregg Torgeson
I've used that from time to time- but when on an animation or pose- the view is still centered on the avatar so you dont have a full range of motion as is the case with the camera control- to go laterally or across the field. Also when building- or adjusting animation positons, you need to be able to see from angles that arent available just using the mouse and Ctrl-Alt based on the avatars postion-- it also fails in "zoom" mode for the same reason. And--It takes too many fingers!
PeterCanessa Oh
Erm, I'm afraid not ... you can centre the view on any point and then zoom and pan around that. It's SO much quicker and more flexible than the control window when you get used to it. Get 3 fingers (of rum) and practice, you'll be happy you did :-)
