You can only wear one title at a time, because you can only have one group active at a time.  However, you can wear a titler -- a scripted device that puts a line of floating text over your head.  There are free titlers all over SL.  Check any freebie shop or look online in Marketplace. I just typed the keyword "titler" into the search box in Marketplace and got 175 hits, many of which are free.

You could wear the group title and a display name that has your partners name in it. In Me > Preferences > General you can choose to see group tags, display names etc under the Name Tags options. Then you can set your display name to be whatever you want like, Jasmine PartnersLastName or whatever.

A titler or a Display Name are two ways to get information up over your head.  A third way is to ask the group owner to create a special title for you.  Depending on the group and the owner, they may be willing to do that for you.
