I can't get past handshake

I'm having a lot of trouble logging into second life world I can't not get on handshake and this has been a lest 10 days now I requested help, I sat a waited to re-log, I have read up on pos, I have tried a new account and new name new password, I have tried 4 different computers and I'm still having trouble could some one pl help me I would really see what beyond handshake and a loading bar.

I can get on to the webpage but not the world

Message I'm getting:

error message say were having trouble connecting. there may be a problem with you internet connection or the second life grid. you can either check you internet connection and try again in a few minutes, click help to view the second life support portal, or click teleport to attempt to teleport home

( for me I have try even teleport and that dose not help, and I have even check my internet even when I know it was fine)

You have a connection problem.  You might be able to cure it by simply rebooting your router and modem (unplug both for a couple of minutes).  Also, if you have been using a wireless connection, switch to a direct cable connection instead.  Another possibility is that you have a firewall that is blocking access to Second Life.  Take a look at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Configuring_your_firewall  and http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/How_do_I_configure_my_software_firewall_%28such_as_Norton_Internet_Security,_McAfee_Personal_Firewall,_or_ZoneAlarm%29 for instructions about how to deal with that possibility.

Have you tried changing your start or login location? Might help idk.

Are you using Peerguardian? If so, disable it.

im having the same exact issues. and i have searched everywhere i can think of with no luck

Sounds like your Firewall or a security program is blocking something. Check all to make sure nothing SL related is on them. I would evn try disabling them all to see if you can get in, to confirm that that is where the problem is.
