AWM Mars Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 I have been selling on SL for the past 10 years.... always frustrated that I had to sell items individually, when I want to see a group of items in a single Pack sell, like say a group of trees, each moveable and editable/mody/move etc. I sell packs in many other Engines, so they are prepared in that manner, to sell on SL I have to host each tree/bush/flower and I have many 100's..... I have searched the knowledgebase but cannot find information, despite seeing 'packs' being sold. I test all of my meshes in OpenSim, to make sure they are working/presented correctly. Katherine Heartsong Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 Can't you just drag drop multiple objects into the MP listing you create in world (e.g., Bush A, Bush B, Bush C etc) and then add a script to the object to deliver them or just appear when user buys it in the MP? Chic Aeon Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 Put all your items in a box together and landmarks etc if you want (like in the OLDEN days before vendor systems were in style). The OPEN the box and it will put it all in a folder for you in your inventory. I was looking to sell groups (a pack) of objects at the same time on the marketplace, as opposed to individually or as a vendor ingame. As someone that has written training manuals for the Tax Office etc.. the best person to write a manual, is someone not directly linked to the system supplied..... It is the same with asking directions..... I came here to the forums to get a users perspective... I have that now.... On the 24th March, it is my 20th SL birthday...... I am not even sure commerce is anything like it was 5 years ago, when I left.... Everytime I try teleporting, I get disconnected.... I get the feeling SL has become a ghost town.... Sounds like you have a network problem. Occasional disconnects on TP are to be expected, but every time? Something is wrong on your end.
