IM message

After i've updated my Firestorm viewer to the latest one, I started experiencing not receiving random people replies who are not in my list even they did replied to it after we talked in nearby chat. Any help?

I'm confused.. People didn't IM that weren't on the friend list and they even commented on how they didn't IM?

I think I'm gonna need to make some tea first.. hehehe

How do you know they actually did respond to your IM in your IM.  Some people prefer to use local chat, also.

I asked them to talk nearby and told them to show screenshot of what they responded which they actually did also asked them if we can be friends and re-try to have conversation
then bam it suddenly worked. I can be able to see the replies in present but not the recent ones when we weren't friends yet.

Do you have Only Receive IMs from friends turned on by mistake?  In Preferences/Privacy/General...Only friends and groups can call or IM me: When enabled allows only friends and groups to be able to IM or call you.
