How do I get this look in Second Life? I like her look;

She just showed you a hair style,not a whole look.. You have to piece looks together in SL..

For the dress, you'll have a devil of a time finding something exactly like that. It's going to require tons of window shopping in clothing stores. You can start with a "teardrop dress" search on the Marketplace, but keep in mind, much of that will be clothing made from full perms templates, which may or may not matter to you. For higher quality and more current offerings, check clothing stores in-world.

Same situation with finding the glasses and hair. You can check popular accessory stores like Bondi or Fetch or popular hair stores like Wasabi, No Match, Wings, Stealthic, Doux, etc., and keep your eyes on the weekend sales on https://www.seraphimsl.com/.

Short version - lots of shopping (and patience).

I would check Rosary for a dress or top with a similar style, Deep Static or Bondi for the glasses and Wasabi for the hair.

I was just in the L'Etre/Doux group and I seen David is working on hair again which is great.. I'm so glad to see he is doing better and recovering..

This is the first hair He made on his return which will be  at equal 10 tomorrow..

I put this here because it looks just like what you were asking about in the look with the hair style..

I think I'm going to get this one as well, I really like the look of it..
