Transfers not completed

On 1/3/2023 I made 3 transfers, the lindens were taken out of my account but never delivered to the people. All were made directly through the profiles of the avatars. Who do I contact

Check your L$ history.  If shown there, then it is possible the other people are lying about receiving them.  However, you can always open a Support ticket to have LL look in to the matter.

If you haven't already done it, double check the L$ Transaction History in your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account.  There's a full accounting of whom you sent L$ to, when, and how much.  Many names in SL look similar but may differ from others by a letter or two, so it's possible to send L$ to the wrong person ( Tom Smith instead of Tod Smith, for example).  The fact that you made payments through people's profiles makes that sort of mistake less likely, but it happens.

Also, you must use the USER NAME, not the Display Name, when selecting your payee. Many people have the same Display Name.

EDITED TO ADD:

If it turns out you paid the wrong people, you can send them an IM or a notecard explaining the error and politely ask them to return the money. However, there's nothing in the rules that requires them to give it back.
